Extremely Bad experience!!
Check in service is not good, staff was impatient, other customers complain about the noise, staff keep asking us" Did you turn off all the electronic before you go sleep?" What the hell is this questions? The electronic noise is yours hotels problem! Is not us!! The noise is not from us!! If we turn on the television lound or we talk lound it's our problem, but if the noice are from the electronic or the fan, then it is your hotel's problem, also when they ask is not polite!! seems like pointing to us!!

It's a comfortable, quiet, clean and convenient spot away from the crowds of Venice. A short walk to vaporetto and train. Friendly, helpful and efficient hosts. A great choice for a stay in Venice.

Ambiance chaleureuse. Accueil personnalisé. Petit déjeuner généreux et de qualité. Les hôtes offrent des conseils pour restos et visites environnantes et sont disponibles pour toutes autres demandes. J'y ai passé 5 nuits très agréables... y reviendrai sûrement. Je recommande fortement l'établissement.

A beautiful inn in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. The room was lovely, the concierge (Anna) was kind and helpful, and the breakfast (with pastries from the nearby kosher bakery) was delicious! A lovely place to stay.

Excelente atención sobre todo de Anna, nos hicieron sentir muy especiales y en nuestro idioma español. Un lugar muy tranquilo, limpio, confortable, en el corazón del barrio Judío, con muchas opciones a tiendas y restaurantes a muy buen precio. Fotos para el atardecer inmejorables. Me agripé durante mi estancia y Anna me ofreció pañuelos y los lugares indicados por medicamento y comida. Desayuno sencillo y muy rico, con unos panes, croissants y galletas deliciosas, súper recién horneados. Definitivamente es un lugar a recomendar.

The hotel was located in the old Jewish ghetto. This part of Venice is quieter than most but still within easy walking distance to everything. Nice.

Very satisfied.
First of all the owners of the property were amazing, and hospitable . The property was newly renovated and well maintained. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Will strongly recommend this property.

Emiliano and his wife were very helpful, made us feel as part of the family. Definitely recommend his property. Breakfast was amazing; fresh fruit, coffee, baked goods and juices.

Amazing hotel and nicest staff
We cannot say enough about this hotel. The hotel was lovely. Situated in the Jewish ghetto, it is located in a fascinating historic district and is nicely off the beaten tourist path, but still near all of the major attractions. Anna and Emiliano are exceedingly kind, helpful, and accommodating. If we return to Venice, we absolutely will stay here (or recommend it to any family or friends). 10/10.

The rooms are big and clean. Location is quiet and near touristic places and where locals hang out. Fabio was awesome and helping us with everything we needed.

Fabio greeted us upon arrival and showed us the ins and outs of the room. The room and in-suite bathroom was a nice size and was kept clean. The breakfast was a nice touch, and Fabio made sure we had a breakfast to go so we could catch our early flight.

Extraordinaire, l'accueil est particulièrement chaleureux. Le propriétaire fait tout pour que le séjour se passe à merveille. La chambre était grande très propre et très agréable avec en bonus une petite terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité. Bon emplacement. Rien à redire sur cet établissement tout était parfait. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Gem in the Ghetto
Perfect position, central to everything! The place is a little tired and needs a lick of paint and tlc but the staff are wonderful and keen to make the stay a memorable one! I would stay there again!

Comfort e tranquillità in una cornice splendida
Albergo bellissimo, confortevole, da poco rinnovato e in uno dei quartieri più belli di Venezia. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e presentava ogni tipo di amenità. Pulizia eccellente. Anche la colazione era ottima. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata il personale: sempre gentile e disponibile già da prima del check-in, durante il soggiorno ha saputo consigliarci al meglio sulle cose da fare. Si vede che mettete il massimo della cura in tutto. Torneremo!
