Beautiful apartment at a extremely convenient location

Simply amazing apartment and Alberta was very responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and Alberta met us in person both times to make sure that everything is good. Fully enjoyed our stay so would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in your city, accomodations, exceptional. Alberta met us at door. She gave us some good information about getting around the city. We stayed 3 nights after being in Normandy and Taliuse France and the Amolfi coast in Sorrento and in Floence . We all agreed this was one of the nicest. Would definitely stay there again if return.

This was an amazing apartment in a fantastic area right on the Grand Canal!!! Close to everything including the water taxis and gondolas!!

Beautiful apartment perfect location

This place was perfect for our family of 6. Location was excellent and it was very spacious. Probably one of the best apartments you can get in Venice. Only minor complaint is the mattresses could be upgraded.

The host was helpful and very responsive.. The location of the property is outstanding with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Boat from airport drops you off within easy walking distance to location. Great option for three couples traveling together or family.

Perfect spot in Venice

This apartment more than met our expectations. Our hostess was communicative and very friendly. Location is close to 3 docks for easy water taxi transfers, but the property is quiet and serene. 7minute walk to St. Marks, and many nice restaurants around the corner.

Amazing Stay in Venice

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Venice. Communication with Alberta was easy and she was always prompt in her response. She provided clear instructions and was wonderful to work with. The apartment was clean, extremely spacious and within close walking distance to all of the main attractions, with several restaurants and cafe's nearby. It was in a safe location and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place

This place was our most favorite place during our visit to Italy. It was in a great location to everything. Alberta had a great list of restaurants and showed us a map for several great spots. She was so easy to communicate with. Her place is very well decorated. It was almost like being at home.

Look no further

This apartment is absolutely perfect - in addition to the furnishings, layout and quiet location off a busy plaza - the proximity to water bus, shopping, great gelato (Gelato Fantasy) and also food stores (we cooked and kitchen was fantastic) could not be beat. Alberta is wonderful as well. I hope to go back we loved it so much.

Perfect Place for Family

This was our second time in Venice and by far our favorite place to stay. The location is perfect Just a short walk from St. Mark's Square and right on the waterfront. The apartment is above a glass factory (which is cool, not disruptive), and looks into a beautiful courtyard. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We would recommend this to others and will plan on staying here on our next trip to Venice.

A perfectly located and beautiful apartment

This spacious and clean apartment has so much charm with everything you need. So close to St. Mark's Square. Walk to everything or hop on a public boat shuttle (Alilaguna) right outside the door. Loved the little historic courtyard which included a glass-blowing shop.

Great location and space

Very clean.beautiful building and great host. Location a 10. Huge space. Air conditioner only cools to 75F. Negatives: Beds uncomfortably hard.

Amazing location! Beautiful apartment!

Alberta was a very helpful host, providing us with all information regarding restaurants, tours, museums, local spots, etc. The apartment is simply beautiful. Located 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco, directly on the gran canal. Definitely recommend it to everyone!!!! Thanks again Alberta!

AMAZING STAY!!!🇮🇹

First of all Alberta was amazing from the moment we booked! Had quite a few questions as it was our first time to Italy. She was always very quick and gracious with her responses. The house was breathtaking. So clean and very comfortable. It was the PERFECT location to everything. Couldn’t have asked or found a better place to stay!!! ❤️🇮🇹

Location, Location, Location!

This apartment was amazing. Just a short walk to Piazza San Marco and right on the water front. The apartment had more than enough room for myself, my wife, two kids and parents. It was very well appointed and comfortable for all. Staying in this apartment made us feel like we were going home each evening rather than to a small cramped hotel room. I love Venice and our stay in this apartment only made it that much more enjoyable.

Exceptional accommodation

10 Stars! Highly recommend! This apartment was exceptionally perfect in every way. Alberta was a superb host. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around entire apartment. She included a list of restaurants that are highly recommended. She was easy to communicate with and very rapidly responsive. This accommodation is in a perfect location. It is VERY clean and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in Venice! This apartment is beautiful! High ceilings, spacious living areas, 3 bathrooms! Very clean, perfect location. Water bus stop is 100 or so meters away. Grocery store is 200 or so meters away. We felt very safe. The apartment is very quiet, the only noise was the occasional boat passing by. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and spacious. Walk out the door to the building and you are right in the heart of things. It can be very busy because the fairies drop off and pick people up all along this promenade But we loved it. Walk out the door and make a left and you find yourself in a less crowded space. Walk out the door and make a right and you are moments from Saint Mark Square. The apartment is along a canal with the hotel Metropol Right across the canal . We enjoyed watching all of the boat traffic on the canal from the window of the apartment .We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, wonderful property

Great location- literally steps from the lagoon dock, and 7 minute walk to San Marco square. Spacious rooms- we had six but 10 could comfortably stay here. Big master bedroom with soaking tub, other rooms were perfect size for two people. Bathrooms had shower stalls with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water at all hours. Comfortable beds and seating areas. Alberta made check in super easy and gave us a reliable recommendation for a water taxi who was able to drop us about 30 meters from our doorstep. 100% recommend!

Living the History

I took the chance of my 20th wedding anniversary to travel to Italy with the love of my life. The position of the property allowed us to move swiftly across the canals. 2 minutes from Piazza San Marco, we felt like true Venecians in the heart of the historic centre. Perfect located spacious and charming property

Wonderful large and calm apartment in an original renaissance palazzo. Located between doge palace and Arsenal (Biennale) close to San Marco and Vaporetto bus stop the property offers everything you need for a nice stay n this breathtaking place. Mrs. Malgara was the perfect charming host with all those necessary hints and tips in detail. The property is equipped with air condition, offers large rooms and every necessary equipment.
