Lorenzo was one of the best hosts we have had. From booking to leaving he was helpful and communicated superbly. He helped us with booking things, sorting our day passes for venice. GREAT! The apartment is perfect and the tram is just across the street straight into venice island for 1 euro 50! Taxi was easiest to apartment for 4 peopke as cheaper than the train. Overall..i will dwf recommend

Perfect vacation location!

The location is amazing right on the line into Venice! Only four stops. Quiet and safe . Everything you could need a beautiful kitchen and full laundry a huge primary bedroom and a second bedroom for kids or other guest . A close marker for shopping and a close cafe for a neighborhood cup of coffee

Sehr gute Lage

Super, zwar kurz aber schön. Sehr zetral gelegen, Venedig mit der Tram schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Restaurants, Bars. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und man findet alles an Hausrat, wasso benötigt wird. Sogar eine PlayStation steht da, die Kinder haben sich gefreut. Lorenzo ist wie bereits in allen Bewertungen zuvor zu lesen war, ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Silvester in Venedig

Schönes Häuschen, sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen (direkt an der Tramhaltestelle, 10 min bis Piazzale Roma). Fußläufig Supermarkt, Bäcker und Ticketshop für Nahverkehrstickets erreichbar. Sehr netter Vermieter, der nebenan wohnt und sich um alles kümmert und wertvolle Tipps gibt. Das Häuschen lässt keine Wünsche offen! Sehr bequeme Betten! Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren mit dabei. Haus war sehr sauber! Das einzige, was uns aufgefallen ist, dass im Eingangsbereich ein Fußabstreifer gefehlt hat.

So happy and lucky to find this place!!

Lorenzo is the best host we have ever had. He is so friendly, informative, helpful...just a wonderful person! Without a doubt, my husband and I will always stay at his home every time we visit Venice. The home is so charming, clean, very comfortable and close to Venice city center ( a quick 10 minute Tram into town...and the tram is truly just across the street from the home). My husband and I liked getting out of the busy city (home is in Maestre), yet never felt it was a hardship to get to Venice. Lorenzo was a major reason our visit to Venice was one of the highlights of our Europe trip. He was so kind! He was so gracious driving my husband and I to the airport at 4:00am ( because we had a 6am flight back to Paris)!! I still can't believe he offered to do this. I highly recommend Lorenzo's place. You will not regret it.

Best Stay Ever!

Location = perfection. Tram to Venice 1 min away, great supermarket 2-3 mins away, soooo quiet and safe. Lorenzo was the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Perfect stay!

It was easy to find. The Tram is just outside the stay, 25 min in and out of Venice. The neighborhood is very cute . I would recommend and stay again.

Great place to stay when visiting Venice!

Great location. Bus stop into Venice wirhin steps and only 4 stops. House clean, modern, and had washer/dryer and air conditioning. So beautiful and spacious. We loved everything about it and if we were to visit this area again we would definitely stay here. Lorenzo was a most gracious host and went above and beyond for us. We cant say enough kind words about this man and highly recommend anyone needing a place to stay when visiting Venice to book with him.

Great home, great location, great Host

First, let me just say that Lorenzo is absolutely fabulous. He was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about Venezia. The location was awesome, 1/2 block from the Tram and only 15 minutes outside of Venezia. The home was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic Place. Fantastic Host

Amazing host and VRBO. Exceptionally clean, well equipped and decorated. Everything you would ever want. Lorenzo is special giving us tips on where to eat and how to get to Venice. We went to Taverna San Trovasco for lunch. This is our 8th day in Italy and best food yet. Dinner was at Befed a sports bar that was fun and actually had a hamburger with fries and peanuts where you throw the shells on the floor. The tram to Venice was 150 steps away and only 4 stops. Very easy to get to Venice I don’t know why anyone would stay anywhere else. Next trip to Venice, we will definitely stay here.

Sehr angenehme und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben hier als Familie für einen Kurzausflug nach Venedig übernachtet und sowohl die Lage unmittelbar an der Trambahn nach Venedig als auch die sehr saubere und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung inklusive Klimaanlage sehr genossen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent!

We had a great stay in this property. It was spotless, comfortable and a great base for our trip to Venice. The air conditioning was most welcome. Lorenzo was a great host and was really helpful from picking us up from the airport to sorting out our travel tickets to Venice and arranging our taxi for the next part of our journey. Thank you. Tolles Appartment

Ein schönes Appartment in toller Lage. Zur Lagune sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit der Tram. Alles war sehr sauber und der Vermieter Lorenzo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was fehlte, waren ein paar Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse. Ansonsten alles top. Immer wieder gerne!

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We had a truly wonderful stay. Lorenzo is a considerate, gracious and very helpful host who made us feel welcomed and went out of his way to ensure that we knew enough to make the most of our time in Venice. He was available to answer our questions from before our arrival through the last minutes before our departure. The apartment was one of the cleanest lodgings we have ever stayed in - everything was fresh and practically sparkled. Lorenzo's kiosk, where we bought our tram tickets for Venice, was practically out the back door, and with the tram running so frequently, there was never a wait - within 10 minutes, we were in Venice. We highly recommend Lorenzo's lodging, and would happily stay there again if/when we return to Venice. Grazie, Lorenzo!

Tolle Wohnung für Venedig-Besuch

Super Gastgeber, kümmert sich wirklich um alles und ist mega freundlich !!!!!!!!! Super Anbindung an die Straßenbahn nach Venedig, der Vermieter versorgt einen sogar mit den Karten die man braucht. Er kennt sich aus und empfiehlt wirklich das beste Angebot incl. Vaparetto. Bäckerei ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, Pizzeria, Bar und Apotheke ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten max. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wenn noch mal Venedig, dann sofort wieder diese Wohnung.

Highly recommended

Lorenzo's holiday house is only a 2-minute walk to the tram station and to the main road with shops and restaurants but because the house is situated in a courtyard we heard nearly nothing from the traffic. Lorenzo is very friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay in his house again next time we visit Venice.

Cozy home away from home. Minutes away from Venice

We can not say enough good things about this quaint apartment and its host Lorenzo. Lorenzo went above and beyond for us from the minute we arrived in Mestre. He took time away from his work to show us the apartment and give helpful tips about getting around. There was so much attention to detail from the towels laid out on the beds to the perfectly ironed sheets! This apartment had both a washer and dryer which is a rare but amazing find especially when backpacking. One night the washer had a malfunction and Lorenzo took time to come over and help fix it so that we had freshly cleaned clothes for the remainder of our trip. Venice is a quick 10 minute train ride only 4 stops in. The train is located less than a block away from the apartment and you can buy a train ticket directly from Lorenzo. About a 4 minute walk from the apartment is a grocery store that has everything you could need. We would recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice
