這家飯店的員工非常的親切，不僅在我抵達前3天主動發信問我預計到達時間。在我抵達威尼斯後，主動電話連絡來得知我的位置。唯一比較可惜的是，這間飯店因為鄰近大運河，蚊子非常的多，建議不要開窗戶睡覺。

我家2大1老2小共5人入住,我們都住得很愉快舒適 非常方便!員工非常好!!!也對小孩很棒!!!網路也很快速通暢!! hotel 還附有簡單下午茶!!早餐很豐盛!!hotel 樓下就是小型的超市 位置有非常好找!就到大樓門口按電鈴即可~~~超級推薦! 如果不想下船扛行李一定要搭1號交通船.2號雖然快到達,但是要過小橋 若下次有機會我們一定會再去住

We had a lovely time for our first couple holidays. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was nice, large and quiet. Great location. Easily reachable from the airport. We will definitely come back!

Everything was excellent. From check-in to check out, Marco made sure I was provided with personalized and friendly service. The location was excellent, the room was spacious, clean and had all the modern amenities. The bathroom was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The building although old is beautifully maintained and decorated in Italian old wood charm. The breakfast was good and the dining area was not crowded with three windows that overlook the Grand Canal and partially the Rialto. This small hotel is not only value for the money, but will make your Venetian stay in Italian old world charm.

Room with a view
Localização maravilhosa, com a vista mais incrível do Grande Canal. Dormir e acordar com essa vista foi espetacular. Quarto com cama confortável, móveis da época do palácio e chuveiro muito bom. Limpeza impecável e atendimento extremamente atencioso da equipe local.

A beautiful hotel- exactly the style I wanted when staying in Venice! Very clean, comfortable beds, a large bathroom for Europe, and right on the canals! Would stay there again when we’re back in Venice! Fantastic!!!

Central location and mega friendly people

Room was beautiful. Hotel was right near the Rialto bridge with taxi's, gondolas, many good resturaunts just outside the door. Mathew was very helpful in getting taxis, gondola rides and suggesting restuarants.

The staff in the front desk is awesome. There was no a/c the time we were there but opening the windows was just perfect. Everything is around specially alot of restaurants we even had a view from our hotel room.

Great staff!! Beautiful hotel so well situated easy to get to with the water bus, a few step away from the hotel. Great breakfast and by the Rialto Bridge. Love that it was on the Grand Canal easy was to San Macro maybe 8 to 10 minutes. If we return to Venice we will stay here again !

Certain hôtel 4 ou 5 étoiles devrait prendre des leçons chez Palazzo Bembo. Propreté irréprochable, très bonne literie, personnel efficace et très agréable. Mesure sanitaire impressionnante et parfaite durant le petit déjeuner qui d’ailleurs est très bon. Emplacement parfait.

Hotel im venezianischen Styl, sehr zu empfehlen
Sehr nette Gastgeberin und Gastgeber, Zimmer im venezianischem Original Styl gehalten, Bad topmodern, wir hatten Zimmer mit View auf den Canal Grande (Top!) Lage perfekt für Venedig zu erkunden, Schiff Anlegestelle (auch für den Flughafen Transfer) direkt vor dem Hotel gelegen. Sehr viele Restaurant und Einkaufs Läden direkt beim Hotel.

Une belle adresse
Très bon accueil. Une équipe a l’écoute et très serviable. Le style vénitien est là. On se sent bien. Un regret au niveau du petit déjeuner qui reste identique d’un jour sur l’autre. Il manque un peu d’originalité. Si vous êtes de nature inquiète, prenez en bien en compte le fait que vous êtes seuls la nuit dans l’hôtel. Ne soyez pas surpris en arrivant, l’hôtel est au troisième étage du Palazzo Bembo

My wife and I loved Palazzo Bembo. Great location just steps from Rialto bridge and the ferry, yet quiet and with a magnificent view from the breakfast room. Comfortable room and absolutely amazing staff. A big thank you to Alice who checked us in and to Thomas who took great care of us during all our stay. He even lent me a pair of gum boots as the city was flooded, so I was able to discover the beauties of Venice! Highly recommended:) Frankie and Nat

The location was truly excellent. The room was spacious with an updated bathroom. The hotel itself is on the top floor of the Palazzo with the lower floors occupied by a modern art gallery (which is truly worth going through if you are an art lover!), meaning that the rooms were super quiet. It was a very peaceful atmosphere which was a great reprieve from the throng of tourists outside! Also, the staff was very attentive and the breakfast very good. We were a family of four in the room (kids are 12 and 17) and were quite comfortable.
