Parfait séjour

Wonderful retreat!
We absolutely loved this place. It’s spotlessly clean with comfortable sofas, beds and A/C, all of which make for a lovely respite after a day of traveling or sightseeing. Marco was an outstanding host with excellent suggestions for dinner, too. Not far from Venice, and the local markets meet all of your needs. Perfect for our family of three. Our teenage boy loved the game room. Our apartment had a little deck with tables, chairs, and chaise lounge. Would definitely return! Thank you, Marco!

Komfortables Ferienhaus direkt am Brenta-Kanal in einem Park
Die ruhige Anlage besteht aus zwei Ferienhäusern mit 4 Wohnungen. Wir hatten die größte mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Duschen mit WC und Bidet, einer großen Küche und einem großen Wohnzimmer sowie einer großen Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Die Einrichtung ist modern. Die gesamte Anlage liegt etwa 12 km von Venedig entfernt, das mit dem Bus, der halbstündig fährt, in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Bellissimo posto dove soggiornare. Marco, il proprietario, è simpaticissimo e sempre attento che tutto vada per il meglio. Excellente location
Très belle location de plusieurs gîtes, climatisés, très calmes, avec terrasses individuelles couvertes, barbecue pour chaque. Les vélos en libre service, la table de ping-pong et les canoës mis à disposition sont vraiment un plus. La navigation sur la Brenta qui passe devant ou le vélo le long de la route cyclable qui passe devant le gîte sont des activités très agréables. Le gîte est très bien placé, à 30 km de Padoue, 30 minutes des premières plages de l'Adriatique, et surtout le bus de ligne fréquent pour Venise (53E), à 2 km du gîte, qui rallie cette ville magnifique en 30 minutes environ. De superbes villas sont visitables à proximité ( malcontenta, Pisani...). Même sans piscine, il est très agréable de retrouver la campagne après une journée de visite ! Marco est très sympathique, discret et très disponible. Il saura vous renseigner efficacement, parlant très bien le français. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci Marco!

Beautiful oasis 25min from Venice
We stayed for 3 nights with two kids and enjoyed having such a large venue. The kids were able to play on the lawn and loved the recreation room where I got throughly schooled at ping pong. Marco and his family were a pleasure to deal with - quick communication and ready to help with anything you needed. The area has a nice small town nearby with good pizza and gelato, we would definitely stay again. The next time we will try the kayaks!

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Umgebung, toller Gastgeber! Herzlichen Dank!
Wir haben mit 7 Personen eine schöne Zeit in der FeWo verbracht. Die sehr saubere, nett eingerichtete Wohnung liegt direkt an einem Kanal in einem wunderhübschen Garten. Venedig ist mit dem Bus bestens erreichbar, in naher Umgebung sind eine leckere Bäckerei, ein kleiner Obstladen, etwas weiter ein großer A..I. Fahrräder und Kanus wurden uns für Ausflüge zur Verfügung gestellt! Der sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommende Gastgeber hat bestens auf Anfragen und Wünsche reagiert. Top! 5*, Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir kommen sicherlich irgendwann einmal wieder :-) Die 7 Schwaben Ach ja, Autan und OK nicht vergessen... Die Mücken...

The grounds and the apartment were immaculate. Marco was very helpful. The apartment was well stocked with what we needed. There was a games room and bikes available for use. Absolutely PERFECT place to stay in Veneto region of Italy!
This was just the highlight of our trip to Italy - my only regret is that we didn't stay here for more than a couple of days! This would make the nicest week-long holiday ever...summer, spring, fall, or winter! Quick bus to Padova or Venezia, plus the little town is just wonderful to walk around and bike. Lots of beautiful villas to see around there. Marco, the owner, is so nice and respectful of your visit - my best experience ever with VRBO (and Airbnb, too!) Place is well decorated, beautiful outside, private and quiet, and there are bikes available for you to use anytime. Really, you don't want to pass this up.

We had a holiday to remember for ever
Marco was extremely helpful, especially as our flight was cancelled as we were about to board at Gatwick. We thought we would not be able to have our holiday at all as Easy-Jet left us high and dry and we had to return home. We did however manage to get there late with BA, but our flights to and from Venice were unsociable hours. Marco was a great help assuring us this was not a problem. He stayed up to meet us late at night and saw us off at 5am on our last day. He helped with rearranging taxis and came across as a lovely family man. We met his wife and daughter too and all were ever so friendly. Everything was immaculate and tidy. We used the bikes on offer to bike to the bus stop each day and the kids loved taking the canoes out on the canal as well. We bought a saver ticket for 3 days on all the buses and water buses. Take your passport to buy this if you are in your 20's or younger as you will get a discount. Lovely and quiet at the chalet and our sons enjoyed the table tennis. Venice sometimes gets a bad press. We thought it was absolutely amazing and hope very much to return. We did not find it too crowded or the water smelly as some will tell you. We found it beautiful and very well cared for everywhere. There is nowhere else like it. Grab your chance to go!!! Our tip is turn right at the bus station as you face the canal in Venice. Go over a couple of bridges on the right where there is a restaurant and people eat outside. There in the hot weather, you will find the a couple of kiosks with the cheapest 'slushy drinks' and ice creams (1.50 euro) and a bit further up in the same row, pizza slices for 2.50 euro if you are on the run. The Coop in Venice is cheap to shop in too. Get lost in Venice and remember to visit some of the fabulous islands too. We loved Murano, Burano and we spent an afternoon at the beach on the Lido too.

Logement spacieux, très bien équipé et très propre (à l'image de l'ensemble de la propriété). La propriété est à 20 min de bus de Venise ce qui est un gros avantage et est aussi très proche de Padoue. Tous les commerces sont aussi accessibles rapidement en vélo (disponibles sur place) ou en voiture (supermarché). Marco est un hôte très sympathique, à l'écoute (et polyglotte !) pour vous distiller les meilleurs conseils. Merci à Marco et sa famille pour ce très bon accueil !

Cette location est un excellent rapport qualité /prix . Environnement au calme , dans la verdure et très propre ! Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour fort agréable .Tout le linge de maison est fourni et c'est bien pratique .L'accueil est au top .Les vélos prêtés par Marco sont très confortables, en très bon état . Beautiful setting inside a private, gated acre with fruit tree's,, beautiful flowers and well manicured yard. The home we stayed in was a two bedroom and two bath home with all the amenities needed. This place has two washer and dryers, playroom, bikes to use, kayaks, and other amenities. Well maintained and sits in Mira, Italy just minutes from Venice directly on the inner canal. This charming home is in a very quite area with many restaurants, grocery, fuel nearby. Can walk by the canal to the restaurants. Very romantic and would recommend this well kept location to anyone interested in staying in the Venice area. Marco and his wife have a beautiful place. Brad

Très bon qualité prix. Location digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles
Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants de 4 et 6 ans. Les chambres sont spacieuses, chaudes et elles ont chacune sa salle de bain (douche, toilette, bidet et lavabo). Le chauffage au sol vous apporte un confort inégalé. Malgré le froid sibérien exceptionnel (-6 °C Venise sous la neige), les enfants ont pu se défouler dans cet immense salon. Les deux téléviseurs nous ont permis de regarder nos émissions sans priver les enfants des leurs (dessins animés). La cuisine aussi grande que le salon faisait office de lieu de vie. Cuisiner fut un plaisir. De plus, les vélos étaient à notre disposition. Nous pouvions nous déplacer sans problème et aller au centre faire nos emplettes ou visiter la campagne avoisinante. Le bus nous a permis de visiter Venise. Ce fut un séjour inoubliable.

De toutes les locations que nous avons effectuées depuis plus de 10 ans en Europe et en Amérique, cet endroit est de loin le meilleur à tous les niveaux. Endroit calme, superbement bien aménagé, accueil, propreté, tous les services inclus, les informations sur place directement du propriétaire, en français, etc. Seul la fréquence et l'emplacement des arrêts d'autobus posent des inconvénients si vous n'avez pas d'automobile. Wir waren im der Wohnung Mira und es war super, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch Marco der Vermieter war sehr nett und auch sehr bemüht. Marco hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt wie wir nach Venedig kommen usw. Wenn wir wieder nach Venedig oder Umgebung fahren werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es ist sehr gemütlich, fast wie daheim. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Très belle location à proximité de Venise. Le confort est au rendez-vous: propreté et aménagement optimal. Les lits sont faits, le linge de toilette et de maison est fourni en abondance. Même les serviettes de plage sont mises à disposition! Un petit fascicule précise aux locataires les activités proposées dans la région, ainsi qu'un bon nombre d'informations pratiques qui se sont révélées précieuses. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et disponibles; ils nous ont aidés dans notre prise en main des canoës dont nous avons pu profiter pour le plus grand bonheur de toute la famille. En bref, nous avons passé là un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Bravo à Marco, Daniella et leurs filles pour leur accueil souriant. Je ne ferai que conforter les avis déjà donnés. L appartement Mira où nous avons passé 15 jours est tout à fait conforme aux descriptions et photos, très propre, la climatisation est très appréciable, tout le linge de maison, serviettes de plage sont fournis et changés au bout d une semaine. En dehors de l appartement, le jardin est très très bien entretenu (Beth et Rose, leurs chiennes sont également très accueillantes), une salle de jeux bien équipée, une buanderie très prore, des vélos pour les petits et grands et 2 canoës pour se balader sur le canal juste à côté de la maison. L accès à Venise est fortement conseillé en bus, des arrêts proches de la propriété et 20min de trajet. Merciiiiii

Herrliche Tage in einem perfekten Quartier bei herzlichen Gastgebern
Selten findet mann ein so perfektes Urlaubsquartier. Außer einer Spülmaschine ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber und in einem Zustand, dass mann nur staunen kann. In dieser Gegend kommt für uns nur noch "particolari del Brenta" in Frage bei sehr netten Gastgebern . Die Kanuten haben wir nicht genutzt, aber die Fahrräder und die waren in einem tollen Zustand. Grazie per tutti Marco!!!!!
