Venice Getaway

The apt was very nice and cute. Well decorated. Great location with a view of a canal. It had a nice common area to sit outside. Tracy, the property manager was super. She keep in contact with us prior to our vacation, meet us at the dock when we got off the water taxi and walked us to the apt. She arranged a porter and the water taxi back to the airport on the day we departed. She explained the apt, trash pick up and local activities and place to see. Our only complaint was the very small staircase to one bedroom (not pictured) and the upstairs where the bedrooms are was quite warm. The heaters were on when we checking in. Tracy suggested not to open the windows because of the mosquitoes. Perhaps some oscillating fans in each bed room to move the air around.

Great accommodations

Loved this VRBO! The location was close to a square with restaurants and shopping. It was a short walk to St. Mark’s Square and Basilica. They arranged and met us at the dock and then arranged our water transport to the airport. Would recommend this to my friends.

Terrasse non accessible depuis appartement, bruits appareils (humidificateur, chauffe eau, frigo,...

Logement très bien situé, une belle architecture intérieure, mais pas de terrasse accessible directement depuis l'appartement, et beaucoup de bruit avec le climatiseur intérieur, le chauffe eau, la climatisation, le frigo. les chambres étant ouvertes, aucun moyen de réguler ces bruits désagréables (hormis la climatisation que l'on pouvait éteindre)
