Redecorated in '24 ideally located by a canal w/ private courtyard and Fast WIFI

Ca'Dolce is located very close to St Mark's square (10min walk) and all of Venice's landmarks, but in a neighborhood still spared by tourism where you can still find Venetians and numerous proximity stores. The flat has been renovated in 2017 and redecorated in 2024. It is made of a living space on the ground floor with living kitchen and sitting room with a corner sofa, a small and modern shower room, 2 double bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with canal views and sporting either 2 single beds or a double bed, and a double bedroom on the first floor with views on a garden on one side and on our private courtyard on the other side, itself facing a typical Venetian canal. Ca' Dolce is ideally located close to Marco Polo airport (reachable in 15min by taxiboat or 40min by Alilaguna boat to Fdte Nove stop then 2 min walk) and Santa Lucia train station (in 15min via Vaporetto Line 1). Ca' Dolce benefits from very fast Internet thanks to fiber to the home WIFI, air conditioning, fully equipped and modern kitchen (Nespresso, induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer). We of course supply bedroom linen and towels. Come and enjoy the Venetian life!

We really liked staying here. Rosanna was easy to communicate with and answered any of our questions quickly. Location was great, close to a lot but far enough away from the crowds of people. We loved sitting on the patio and watching boats go by. Laundry was a big plus!

It was our first trip to Europe and we were slightly anxious about the process. Rosanna was a fabulous host and not only made check in a breeze There is a grovery store 1 minutes walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was great! Loved the courtyard area and it had all we needed. The dryer is 2 drying racks… I suggest you to put them out to dry during the day. The hospitality and organization of the host was excellent. The AC was nice and there are several appliances. We slept well on the beds and the shower was the largest one we experienced while in Italy. Our water taxi back to airport picked us up right on the back courtyard… very convenient! We would recommend and stay again if we come back to Venice! Thank you!

Terrific location and great communication

The house is small but very well equipped and comfortable. The location is great - quiet with a neighbourhood feel but close to everything. Extensive information from the host including restaurant recommendations which we followed and had an excellent experience. We hope to return.

Lovely time in Venice

This property is so convenient to many of the sites in Venice that you must see. The property manager was very communicative and responsive to our questions. The apartment contained everything we needed to be comfortable.

Fantastic Stay in Authentic Venetian Neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at Ca'Dolce. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, stylish, and thoughtfully updated. The air conditioning kept us cool and the large washer-dryer was surprisingly efficient, which made traveling with light luggage easy.Communication with the host was smooth and timely from the start, and check-in was effortless. We especially appreciated the helpful directions and clear instructions.The location is ideal, just a 10 minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood where you can still experience real Venetian life. We loved having local shops and cafes nearby, away from the heavy tourist crowds.Both bedrooms were comfortable, and the canal and garden views gave the apartment a true Venetian charm. The outdoor terrace was so nice to enjoy a quiet evening with a bottle of wine from the local wine store.Highly recommend Ca'Dolce for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, and well-equipped home base in Venice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Contemporary canal view in Venice

This property was fantastic. Very clean and secure. Beautiful canal views and we were able to take a water taxi straight from the train station to the property. Wonderfully equipted and the host was very responsive to questions. Close to many restaurants, groceries and sites. We had a wonderful time.

Great stay

It is a very friendly place in a residential area that offers very good connections into the center as well as to the lagune. The appartment ist well equipped and very clean.The welcome was very warm and we were given very good recommendations for tours and restaurants. Ca’ Dolce was excellent!

The property is exactly as described. Very comfy and very convenient. Seb and Rosanna were excellent to work with. Cannaregio is enough away from the touristy areas to be quiet and relaxing but still close enough that you can do everything you come to Venice to do!

Lovely house at a canal

We had a very nice stay. The house is in a nice and quiet area. Although not big you have all you need and quality was good, not Ikea-only. Sitting outside in the early morning is great ( in the evening a lot of mosquitos outside). The bed was are a bit hard for me but that is a personal thing. I totally recommand this place.

Comfortable, quiet and close

We loved our stay in this Venetian apartment. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from water bus, restaurants and coop. Only 15 minutes to Grand Canal, too! Apartment was just as promised. Very clean. Hosts are gracious and responsive.

Venice adventure

Great location close to all amenities within a 10-15 minute walk. Took a water taxi right to the apartment from the train station and then to the airport. Host provided great recommendations for dinner shopping the bonus wa the local wine shop where you can get litre jugs of local wine for 3-4 euros.

Wonderful Location

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location was quiet and an easy walk to everywhere. Being able to splurge on a water taxi to and from our own terrace made our first trip to Venice especially memorable. The apartment is comfortable - master bedroom on the upstairs and second bedroom and bathroom below. Washing machine worked great and there is a drying rack (no dryer as is typical in Europe). The local property manager and the suggestions provided by the owner were especially helpful and really made our trip. The list of suggested restaurants, local grocery solutions, etc. were all helpful. We ate in a few times and the kitchen was comfortable. When we had any problems or questions the local property manager responded immediately and the communication was excellent. Thank you for sharing your home!!
