Lovely little hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Really nice to have breakfast included. We liked being on the Lido as opposed to staying in central Venice. The only down side is that there was only 1 place to eat in the evening near the hotel. The hotel is only 15 minute bus ride from ferry port though and there are lots of excellent restaurants there. We tended to be out all day and eat near the port before heading back to the hotel in the evening.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen, aber mit Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem idealer Standort wenn man dem Trubel entfliehen möchte. Etwas Abwechslung beim Frühstück wäre empfehlenswert.

Claudia, our host, was very friendly and welcoming. She was full of information and helped us when we required it. The bed was super comfortable and our room was spotless. Breakfast could have had more variety, however what was provided was nice. Good transport links with a bus stop just outside which takes you to the centre of Lido and the boat port in ten minutes. You can get direct links to Venice and other islands in 25 - 40 mins depending on where you want to go. Venice city centre is only a 25 min boat ride and although it sounds like a long journey, it is a fun and enjoyable ride. Hotel was beautifully designed, quiet and good for couples. The hotel is a family run business and in a quiet neighbourhood, not too far from the beach. Highly recommend if you want a peaceful, relaxing getaway. P.S from a young black couple from London.

Old Italian Charm
Internally the hotel was full of old Italian Renaissance charm. We had a beautiful suite with beams, which comprised bedroom and separate sitting room and ample bathroom. Breakfast and dinner can be taken in the courtyard or the impressive dining room. Located in a very quiet area on Venice Lido, a 15 minute bus ride from the passenger ferry to Venice Island. All in all a beautiful hotel.

Claudia and Luca and all the staffs where so attentive to my needs. The breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable, the water pressure was great, the terrace patio where you could have you coffee will be memorable, the hotel has such history (1600 AD) one of the first hotels build from the era of Venice antique… The place was clean, they did renovations and is the place ro stay when you go to Venice. I highly recommend it!

Vieles auf der Homepage entspricht nicht der Realität. Reception war drei Tage lang nie besetzt. Kühlschrank geht nicht. Personal konnte Schlüssel bzw. CODE für Safe nicht finden. Habe Suite gebucht und Familienzimmer im Garten bekommen, das sei angeblich gleichwertig? Hotel hatkeinen Parkplatz. Gepäck muss vom Dorfplatz selber zum Hotel getragen werden. Beim Frühstück gibt es nur selbst gemachtes "Brot". Wir alle sechs fanden das Brot ungeniessbar!!!

Molto bello il posto . Buona la colazione . Gentile il personale . Da ritornare . Ma solo per Hotels.com : le camere in offerta non dovrebbero essere le piu’ Scadenti , i sottotetti etc . Soprattutto quando nella struttura non ci sono molti clienti e le camere sono vuote. E’ un peccato . Rimane un ricordo offuscato dalla sensazione di essere stati confusi

La sua prenotazione di Hotels.com era per una Camera Classica e noi di nostra iniziativa le abbiamo assegnato una Camera Superior nella mansarda pensando di farle cosa gradita. Molti dei nostri ospiti infatti ci richiedono specificamente quelle camere perchè sono ritenute romantiche. Speriamo comunque di accoglierla presto nuovamente nella nostra casa

Really Nice Find
Spent 4 nights in this beautiful unique hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s mansion. Built in 1400 and decorated to give you a touch of the era without over doing it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped us book cabs and tips on restaurants and nearby beaches. Breakfast in the morning was very good and it is served outside in their courtyard. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

Lido - Great alternative to the busy Venicel
Service was amazing. If one person could make or break a trip, it was Adella. She made us a fantastic meal plus left out some breakfast food for our early departure. The town was very quaint and charming. Short walk to the beach. Loved learning of the local history. Friendly townspeople. Frequent bus service to and from Port. The pluses outweighed the negatives. We had ants in our room upon arrival, but this was quickly handled. Shower very small. Mattresses not comfortable.

Beautiful grounds including a lovely sun filled courtyard and gardens. Alberto and Micaela were generous, helpful hosts. Breakfast buffet delicious, and beautifully displayed. Rooms filled with art and history, wth windows overlooking the central square. Art and glasswork displayed everywhere, a piano in the dining room, which we were invited to play (and did!). It was wonderful.

Love the veni Ian decor !!!
We love the decor and being on lido island to rest away from the hustle of Venice ! The hotel is reasonable priced very clean and offer really good food ! The staff very kind and friendly ! Highly recommend !

Absolutely stunningly beautiful property. It is located in a quiet square, away from the center of Venice. For some, that might be inconvenient. For others, it's just the respite from the busyness of Venice that you need. By taking the bus and the taxi boat, you can be in the center of Venice in about a half hour. The staff was outstanding and the breakfast was wonderful!

A fantastic boutique hotel, furnished in a period style. The staff cannot do enough for you and are so friendly. Dont be put off by the fact that it is not on Venice, transport by water bus is all part of the ecperience.

Buongiorno, la ringraziamo per il suo feedback. Siamo felici che abbia apprezzato la gestione, la pulizia e l'eleganza del Relais Alberti. L'essere ubicato fuori dal centro è quello che rende la nostra villa un luogo fuori dal tempo, dove poter scoprire l'Isola in totale relax ma con un servizio di livello. Ci dispiace non abbia trovato il phon in bagno. Le nostre cameriere lo posizionano sempre nel cassetto sotto il lavello, la prossima volta non esiti a chiederci aiuto! Speriamo di potervi riavere nostro ospite quanto prima qui nel Borgo di Malamocco, magari in primavera/estate, così potrete godere anche del nostro meraviglioso giardino fiorito. Un caro saluto da tutto lo staff

Nice location, great break
Enjoyable stay, excellent mattress hitch helps when you have back problems. The hotel was located in a nice quiet location but with a lovely Trattoria, Tobacconist and he bus stop,was also very ear. All the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Very nice B&B, area is incredibly quiet.
We had a wonderful 2 night stay before we left for our cruise out of Venice. Very accessible public transportation to get to all the main attractions. Also, amazing local restaurants just steps away!

We found once we arrived that our room was actually in a different property than the Relais, It was about 250 meters away. To have breakfast you need to walk that distance in the morning down the street. Bear in mind that contrary to the photos they have posted that they have no swimming pool or tennis courts, etc...Staff was fantastic for the area considering that most Italians you will deal with in Venice hate tourists and treat you as such.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel with an excellent staff. Located in a small town in Venice where the food is amazing and the views are breathtaking. Also the hospitality of the hosts are amazing. Really enjoyed my stay.

A beautiful and very authentic Venetian hotel
We've been to many 4 star hotels and some 5 star ones, and this was our favourite. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and courteous. The interior of the hotel is really authentic, with a distinctive Venetian style. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts very much! The cappuccinos were the best we've had and fresh juices were delicious. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Venice.
