Luxurious residence in the historic center of Venice located in the Chiesa della Misericordia area less than 10 min. of walk from the Rialto Bridge and formed by two separate adjacent apartments. The first apartment consists of a huge hall with sitting area and dining table, a complete kitchen, a living room, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower. The second apartment consists of a living room with dining table, a complete kitchen, a double bedroom, a study with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Three extra beds on request (sofa bed). Rates include bed linen and towels. Tourist tax not included to be paid upon arrival. Great time

There were 11 of us, spread out in 3 apartments all in the same building. It worked out great. The location of the property is fantastic, air conditioning worked very well. I'd be happy to stay there again!

The property is exactly as advertised. The host was warm and responsive and greeted us as we were dropped off on the canal. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the neighborhood became our favorite in the city.

I never write reviews, but this one deserves a review. This place is an amazing place to stay above and beyond what the pictures show. It’s away from the crazy crowds and traffic but a short distance to everything you want to see. Extremely easy to get dinners, food, and wine without wait at some amazing restaurants. The AC works great, but just make sure you don’t turn on The heat. The units look alike. If I come back, I’d stay there.
