It is economical hotel
IN fact, many hotels in Venice are expensive but this one is quite cheap. However, the one thing that I felt bad was that there were many mosquitos in the room, so I needs to close my windows. As there was no any air conditioner, my room is lack of air circulation.

要求不高的话，还是很合适的，因为在主岛上，位置也好，大家注意，最好在火车站出站后坐船去酒店，不然还是很远的。卫生条件什么的一般，如果不是要求很高，那还凑合。

Fair enough considering the location and services
It's just ok considering its location and services. There is no free WiFi which is so inconvenient although there is an out dated computer in the lobby with which you can search Internet freely. And the buffet breakfast is always in shortage of supply. Anyway the servants and receptionists are quite friendly and helpful.

no heater !
even if there is a heater in our room, but it could not be worked. After we argued at the reception, no one deal with this problem. Therefore it was really cold when we are sleeping.

Hôtel bien placé, petit déjeuner correct. Chambre non conforme au prix payé: au roc avec toute petite fenêtre donnant sur rue très étroite et sombre, tapisserie oppressante et mobilier vieillot.

Ich habe als Einzelperson ein kleines Doppelzimmer gemietet und das Zimmer war selbst für eine Person zu klein! Das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer waren ziemlich abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber und somit zu teuer. Das Frühstück, das nur bis 9.30 angeboten wurde, war ganz ok. Schade bin seit 20 Jahren immer wieder mal in dem Hotel gewesen. Nun glaube ich, es war das letzte Mal. Petra

O hotel deveria estar no classificado com PENSÃO!! Não tem nada, não tem ar condicionado, não tem televisão, não tem internet, não tem espaço, não tem conforto, realmente muito ruim!!! O "hotel" consegue acabar com a poesia de Veneza!!!

perfect location, great price
The location is great because it is nice quite section of Venice that is not too touristy yet you can walk to anything or jump on the water bus if feeling lazy. The front desk staff gives you a map at check in and I was able to ask their opinion to narrow down the places I had in mind to visit in our short time in Venice. The room was in a back building and had air conditioning although not too strong. Walls kind of thin so you can hear neighbors, no television, but still nice. Wifi was strong in the room and free. Breakfast is free and great, eat in the little courtyard. Coming from the airport buy a round trip (30 euros) Alliaguna ferry boat ticket. Best deal. Otherwise a taxi from the airport is almost 100 euros one way. Just jump on the blue line and although it is a long ride it is a pleasant trip into Venice. The stop closest to the hotel is only 3 blocks away. The hotel website has good directions for this.

Run down status
Run down status. Bad shape bathroom, No AC...mosquito.....all night. Nobody could sleep.... Would not go back. Staff was great..... sorry

Man bekommt das, wofür man zahlt.
Im Großen und ganzen sind wir absolut zufrieden. Das Frühstück hätte etwas gesünder gestaltet sein können und nach 24Uhr kommt man nicht mehr ins Hotel. Zudem dauerte es ungefähr 10 Minuten bis warmes Wasser kam. Die Betten waren sauber, es war ruhig und man konnte aufgrund des kostenlosen Ventialtors in der Nacht super schlafen.

Good location, but nothing else.
The rooms on view in the ad are the better ones. But beware if you get stuck in the old annexe. No aircon. No tea/coffee facilities. only one power socket (the other had been removed), so we had to rotate the devices which needed charging. The room was so small we could hardly squeeze past the large fan supplied in place of the non-existent aircon, with about 2 feet around the (comfortable) bed the only space. The view out of the window was a wall opposite, about 10 metres away. The shower was broken (you had to hold the tap with one hand to keep water running). When we asked for another room, we were offered the choice of paying another 60 Euros per night, or they would get "the man" to repair the shower. We opted for the man, who never appeared. One handed showering in a high-humidity environment is not the best experience I've ever had! There was only one hanger in the wardrobe. The breakfast was meagre, the drinks from vending machines were rubbish. Fourth time in Venice. First time ever disapppointed. The staff were friendly but incompetent. DON'T BOOK HERE!!

Op loopafstand van alle bijzonderheden en toch geen lawaai van toeristen of boten, Ontbijt is oke. Vriendelijk personeel. Kortom zeer aan te bevelen.

Well I checked in late at night after exploring the city during the day. They gave me a room on third floor and I had to take stairs with luggage in my hands. There was no lightening and some small animals were on the building walls. I was freaked but I had to stay. There was only one electricity plug in the room. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

No me gusto la habitacion, se escuchaba todo tipo de ruidos y conversaciones de a lado, ya que esta estaba dividida por una puerta, entre ambas habitaciones. No tienen internet y si lo quieres debes de pagar, y pagamos pero de nada sirvii, no tenia señal a menos que estuviese cerca de recepcion, el cubiculo del baño para ducharse es demasiado pequeño, una persona con sobrepeso, seria muy dificil que entre ahi.

Zona tranquila y bien comunicada
El hotel está situado en una zona bastante tranquila, pero muy bien comunicada y cerca de todo. El hotel lo están remodelando para mejorar sus instalaciones pero aún así está bastante limpio. Nosotros teníamos habitación con baño propio. El personal muy amable, nos guardaron las maletas durante todo el día una vez abandonada la habitación. La decoración de la recepción también era bonita.

Bella esperienza! Trane un disturbo durante la notte a causa del rumore provacato da qualcuno che bussava troppo forte la porta di un mio vicino di camera... E poi il materazzo era orribile. Secondo me è da buttare o da rifare. Per il resto tutto è andato molto bene. Grazie del vostro servizio!

Okay hotel, fairly good position
The Hotel was not like the pictures on the review. I found it smelly and grungy, and to get to my room I had to go out of the hotel to another building and up stairs with a heavy suitcase which was difficult.

Hôtel en travaux , chambre insalubre et dangereuse
L'hôtel était en travaux donc poussiéreux et bruyant. Notre chambre était sale, sans télévision et insalubre. L'équipement électrique était délabré. Le rideau de douche était déchiré, moisi et il touchait les ampoules de la salle de bain. La chasse d'eau s'écoulait en permanence. Bref que du négatif pour cet hôtel 2 étoiles.

El hotel está en un edificio muy antiguo. Parte está en obras, hay mal olor por los pasillos. En nuestra habitación, que tiene baño privado, hacía muchísimo frío, pues las paredes están muy mal aisladas y la ventana, que tenía justo delante un andamio, no cerraba bien y dejaba entrar el frío helador que había en el exterior. Menos mal que al menos el agua de la ducha salía caliente. El buffet del desayuno era aceptable, y el personal correcto. Por otro lado, nuestra habitación estaba al lado de una puerta que va a dar a otra parte del hotel a la que se accede por una especie de patio, puerta muy transitada y que además hacía ruido al abrirse y no cerraba bien. Por lo demás el hotel es silencioso

Decent budget hotel
Stayed at this hotel at the beginning of January 2016, when we arrived the beds hadn't been made and the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned or replenished with toilet roll. However, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they immediately cleaned the room up and replenished everything without a second ask. Although it says free wi-fi on expedia and even on the hotels website, wi-fi is not free and is 5 euro for 24hrs. The buffet breakfast was nice, nothing special but edible. It's in a perfect location, in walking distance of St Marcos Basilica and the Rialto bridge, which saves you a lot of transport money. The room was comfortable enough, although beware of the shower, it's either freezing cold or boiling hot and comes out as a small dribble. When we arrived and throughout our stay there was building works being done, thus waking us up early in the morning. On the bright side, the room was well kept and had a nice view. Staff were extremely helpful and VERY friendly, I can't fault them at all.

Accueillant et pas trop cher pour un hôtel dans le centre de Venise. Toutefois petit déjeuner pas bon et équipement de la chambre très reduit, pas de télé/radio, de bureau.

Nice hotel, close to boat terminal
Hotel staffs are really good, polite. I had to check-in after midnight and a person was there to checked me in. Awesome buffet breakfast!!!! Hotel is close to Salute boat terminal, 10 min walk to Academia bridge to cross the grand canal, 30 min walk from Bus/Train stop. I recommend the hotel to be five star :)

Das Zimmer war klein und fein. Was mich persönlich störte, war die Dusche und Toilette, die sich gerade zu Füssen des Bettes befanden. Für eine Einzelperson oder vertraute Menschen durchaus geeignet.

Il est situé en face de la place St Marc, dans un quartier de "vie", pas envahi par les touristes que nous sommes, avec des restaurants plus authentiques (et moins chers !). L'hôtel a en fait plusieurs bâtiments en un, différents les uns des autres. Rien à redire... un personnel un peu froid mais efficace. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Chambre et salle de bain impeccables

Cet hôtel est tout simplement immonde : baignoire sale et pleine de calcaire, trou dans les murs et sur la porte, fauteuil éventré, peinture écaillée voire absente sur des grandes surfaces, et le comble : des punaises de lit ! Nous sommes repartis le corps envahi de piqûres... Les gérants devraient avoir honte de faire payer ce prix pour une prestation aussi médiocre. Hotel.Com ne devrait même pas proposer cet hôtel sur son site internet.

Nice quiet location .
this hotel suited our needs ie to be within easy walking distance of the Academia bridge. Shops and restaurants were close by, what more could you ask for .Our stay in Venice was really a joy thanks in no small way to this lovely hotel and its friendly and most helpful staff , we will most certainly return thank you thank you.

Gute Lage schlechtes Hotel
Im hinteren Teil des Hotels roch es sehr unangenehm. Das Zimmer war größer Beschrieben als den Tatsachen entsprechend. Handtücher fehlten in den ersten Tagen immer, ich mußte täglich zusätzliche organisieren. Unser Zimmer war wahnsinnig dunkel ohne Licht anzumachen konnte man zu keiner Tageszeit im Zimmer sein. Die Empfangsdame kassierte, trotz Einspruch, für meine Tochter (11) den Erwachsenen Tarif an Steuern Das bekam ich erst nach 4-maliger Aufforderung von einer anderen Dame am Empfang erstattet. Der Weg zum Zimmer durch den Innenhof war Nachts gefährlich, denn in den kompletten 8 Tagen wurde das Licht im Innenhof nicht repariert, trotz meiner Bitte schon nach der ersten Nacht. Man mußte auch Stufen gehen - für ältere Menschen wäre das ein echtes Problem gewesen! Es gab zum Frühstück (in Italien) löslichen Kaffee aus dem Automaten der nicht genießbar war - Man holt sich am Besten Kaffee in der Bar ein 2 Ecken weiter. Achtung Direktbezahler, Abbuchungen sollten kontrolliert werden.

MALA EXPERIENCIA EN HOTEL, NO VALE LO COBRADO.
Hola, lamentablemente no es una buena opinión, ya que al llegar me entregan la habitación, no hay aire acondicionado, ( ni siquiera un ventilador), no tiene TV o Radio, le ise saber a la persona que estaba en la recepcion, ya que al viajar sola por lo menos te sientes acompañada con una TV o radio, para estar en contacto con el exterior. La habitación, no estaba totalmente limpio, pelos en la ducha. no tiene posqueteros en las ventanas, esto hace que los sancudos entren a la habitación,( me lleve toda la noche matando insectos), incluso un pasajeo se quejo y se fue del hotel haciendo devolucion del dinero por esto de los insectos en la habitación. El internet, no esta incluido en el precio, y en todos los hoteles esto esta incluido.( lo debes pagar a parte). El desayuno esta adecuado, y muy simpaticas y atentas las chicas que atienden a los turistas. La habitación, tambien no tiene nada que ver con lo que se ve por internet.

The room was cheap and conveniently located in the main city of Vienna, just a walk from the grand canal! That is why we chose it and we also chose it quickly because there were no other options with such short notice, the staff is friendly but the room was very dirty with stained walls, and there is no air conditioning and it was extremely hot! Almost too uncomfortable to sleep, therefore we needed to leave the windows open which led to a terrible mosquito infestation for the night. Maybe it's just my American standards but this place just wasn't it! If you just need a bed no problem.

Good location for transportation and walking
Within easy access of various locality sites and water bus stop. Nice local restaurants that aren't too expensive. Breakfast self service good food and selection but no trays so need a couple of pairs of hands and several trips to carry things to table.

Disappointing.
Boiling heat in the summer yet could offer no thinner sheet or blanket except for heavy winter quilt, only one plug socket per room underneath a book shelf - not ideal for charging items. Hotel staff polite but rooms around courtyard which is noisy due to being a restaurant open for breakfast from 7am. No fan also to help with heat and very hard to find from station, near Santa Lucia Church and harbour, waterbus point Salute.

Je ne conseille tout simplement pas. Heureusement que nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais en arrivant dans la chambre ça paraissait déjà trop. Le lieu est sale et vétuste. Le sol se désagrège, les peintures sont vieillies, la baignoire s'effrite, nous nous sommes réveillés avec des piqures sur le corps... Pas de climatisation ni d'aération possible dans une chambre brûlante, nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes pour esperer baisser un peu la température de la pièce. Finalement, après 6h du matin, les mouettes crient et il est difficile de dormir. Le personnel est agréable et l'hôtel est bien placé. Mais pour le prix de la chambre, rien n'est à la hauteur.
