Notre séjour nous regarde, le gîte n'est pas bien équipé, manque de couverts, de vaisselle, pas de micro-ondes, salle d'eau trop petite, mini-douche, eau chaude plutôt froide à l'évier, hôte aspirante jamais nettoyée (très grasse). Rapport qualité/prix défavorable.

Bad communication
The room is a little outdated and a little more walk to St. Mark than I expected. This was my first trip to Venice, so I was very anxious and wanted to get more information from the owner about the location so I could plan everything ahead of time. She said she would get back to me 10 days prior. I waited and I didn’t hear back from her and nine days prior my trip I texted her and still didn’t hear anything back. I had to reach out to VRBO then she sent me information with directions and payment for Venice tax. After I paid her, I wanted to make sure she received the payment, and I also asked her whether or not they have shampoo, she never replied to either one of my questions. It turned out they didn’t provide shampoo. The shower handle was broken and the washing machine didn’t work properly. To make matters worse on day two of our stay I found a couple of centipedes in my room and I could not sleep that night.

Séjour campo San Stefano
Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’appartement. Il était grand, bien éclairé , propre , bien situé et bien équipé . Nous avons vite fait de nous mettre en forme à gravir plusieurs fois par jour les trois étages d’escaliers (49 marches abruptes) pour avoir accès à l’appartement. Bien que les informations et les indications pour se rendre à l’appartement, nous aient été fournies, ce n’est pas facile en descendant du vaporetto à San Angelo de se rendre à l’appartement dans toutes les petites rues en labyrinthe jusqu’à campo San Stefano . L’accueil par le propriétaire au vaporetto San Angelo, serait très apprécié , surtout après un long voyage pour arriver à Venise. Nous avons eu un agréable séjour dans l’appartement et à Venise! Metci!

Mittendrin im Geschehen. Zwar touristisch, aber früh morgens noch sehr gemütlich! Super enges steiles Treppenhaus - auf keinen Fall mit großen Koffern anreisen ;-)
