  • BiancaTea apartment is located on the sunny second (topmost) floor of an ancient (Byzantine remnant decorations on the facade), typical Venetian three-storey building, looking onto the private Corte de Ca' Amadi, in the pulsing heart of Venice (see map!); Rialto Bridge and St. Mark Square are just 5 minutes walk away. The vaporetto (water bus) Rialto stop is also very close (5 minutes), so you do not need to pull your trolleys up and down many bridges on arrival/departure.

    Plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cafes and bars are at hand to make your stay charming and easy going. Our apartment guide will reveal you the "secrets" of nearby area to experience the true Venice like a true Venetian. Though centrally located, the peaceful and private Corte de Ca' Amadi, once the courtyard of the XV Century Palace of the silk merchant family Amadi, with its ancient staircase and the marble well, is “far from the madding crowd" of the Venice grand-tour. Marco Polo houses are only 50m far.

    The Malibran Theater (location of concerts from classic to pop), is just 50m away. New luxury T Fondaco (T Galleria) shopping center is only 2 minutes away. La Fenice (Venice Opera House) and Goldoni (Venice Drama and Comedy House) Theaters can be also reached in less than 10 minutes.

    The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the ferries leading to the islands: Lido (beaches), Murano (glassware artesans), Burano (pictoresque fishermen village), Torcello (VI century churches), San Michele (the quiet, monumental cemetery, where many international famous people like Igor Stravinskij, Ezra Pound, Antony Quinn decide to rest).

We had a fantastic stay in Venice! The location was excellent, close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy everything Venice has to offer.There were many great restaurants nearby, giving us plenty of wonderful dining options just steps from the property. The host was exceptional, friendly, responsive, and always available to help with recommendations and any questions we had.The combination of the perfect location, excellent hospitality, and the charm of Venice made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again on a future visit!

In the heart of Venice, this was a gem! We loved the flat. We had an easy time getting around. Marco was very helpful in answering all of our questions and even got back to us on a few. Lo positivo: La ubicación es muy buena y es un lugar tranquilo para descansar. El departamento está muy bonito y tiene todo lo necesario. Lo que no me gustó es que está 2 pisos por escalera y particularmente la segunda escalera es muy empinada, para nosotros que estuvimos con una persona de la tercera edad eso fue un poco difícil, aunque subiendo y bajando poco a poco y con ayuda se puede. Los colchones son un poco delgados y duros pero eso es una cuestión de gustos. Y finalmente se le pide al huésped que sea quien se encargue de clasificar y sacar la basura en los días que corresponde en base a un calendario que está muy detallado en la propiedad, lo que a mí particularmente me pareció algo molesto. Más allá de esos detalles, me parece una propiedad ampliamente recomendable.

Marco was everything you need in a host. Responsive, gave us answers before we knew we needed them and met us at an easy to find location around the corner. no notes! lovely place with AC and all the expected amenities. 2 floors to climb if that is a concern, it would be difficult. but given its central location we couldn't have liked it more.

Property was central to everything and yet off the main area so it was quiet in the evening. Very close to Rialto bridge and easy access to the public ferries. The property is a bit tired, but it had everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Our host, Daria, was fantastic. She picked us up at the Vaporetto and showed us around the apartment. We loved everything about our trip, especially the apartment.

Quiet oasis in central location

Amazing location, easy access to sights, restaurants, beautiful walks. Apartment is in a quiet courtyard off bustle of Rialto bridge—walk outside and a few turns and you are in the middle of everything. Loved it. Apartment clean and convenient, perfect for family.

Quiet haven in busy Venice

Met at the waterbus stop & wisked from busy, buzzy Rialto bridge to the quiet haven of the appt. Two flights of stairs with no lift, to a cosy two bedroomed appt, perfect for our family stay. Central to all the sights. Lovely stay.

Nice place to stay

Marco was a great host! Communicated well and gave great videos on directions and operation of things in the unit. Very quiet unit which was appreciated after long days of touring Venice. Definitely recommend!

This flat is in a great location for exploring the city either by foot or on the boats. It was ideally suited for families. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans in the kitchen. The flat is on the second floor, and there are no lifts. The host was very friendly, and came to check that we were okay following our self check in. The host communicated well before the trip, and offered useful advice on getting from the airport and places to visit during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Incredible location

Lovely stay in Venice. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is a comfortable apartment for two adults and two children. It was very quiet, located within a small courtyard and around the corner to shopping, bars and restaurants. Approx. a 5 minute walk to Rialto. On location alone, this property is a 5 star. I removed a star due to a lack of basic amenities (paper towels, kitchen towels, kleenex, napkins). The host was very responsive, very nice and very quick to assist. Very detailed and efficient check-in. Thank you again Marco!

This apartment is in a perfect location in Venice. Very close to Rialto Bridge and short walk to St Mark's Square. There are shops and restaurants and gelato right around the corner. We loved our stay here. The only problem we had was there is no A/C in the second bedroom so the kids had to leave their window open at night which wouldn't normally be a problem except that let in some very aggressive mosquitos. An A/C unit in the second bedroom would make this small Venice apartment perfect!
