  • Sweet Apartment This charming apartment is just a few minutes walk from Campo Sant'Angelo and a 10-minute walk from Saint Marks Square. The apartment is beautifully renovated, inside a building dating from the 15th Century.

    TV with satellite channels. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a dining table and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. One corner of the room is taken up by the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom features a bidet and shower cubicle.
    Located in the popular Sestiere district, the apartment is within a 10-minute walk of several of Venice's highlights. These include the Palazzo Grassi as well as both the Goldoni and La Fenice Theaters. Plenty of excellent restaurants and cafes are also on offer in the immediate area.

    Sant'Angelo Ferry stop is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Santa Lucia, the city's main train station, is a 30-minute float away, up the Grand Canal.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is comfortable, spacious, and modern with excellent bathroom and shower. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Keyless keypad entry made check-in completely hassle-free, a huge plus for us since we arrived on a very late flight long past standard check-in hours. A few minor things to keep in mind, though they didn't take away from our stay at all: clothes storage space is a bit limited, and the place in on the ground floor facing the street... however, the sound insulation is fantastic (zero noise from outside!), and the air conditioning works amazingly well - which is a rare find in Venice! The location is ideal - set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood within short walking distance of most top sights, and extremely convenient to the Airport Alilaguna Orange Line. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern, convenient, and peaceful stay in Venice!

The apartment was all that we hoped it would be! Great location- 3 min walk to St Angelo valporetto stop, which was convenient b/c you didn’t have to carry luggage very far (only one small bridge to cross) and for transportation to/from airport. Note- especially for the return to airport- as one of the first stops (from ‘bottom’ of canal as seen on map) you’re more likely to get on space-wise before it fills up. Quite a few people were turned away at stops we passed going up the canal bc it was full.Apartment was immaculate and well-air conditioned. It is ground floor, but you do have 3-4 stairs to reach apt door. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. Location- other than the 3 min walk to the valporetto stop, less than 5 min to st marco’s square and maybe 8 to rialto bridge. Apt is on a quiet street but plenty of restaurants close by.If you’re looking for a gondola ride, at the square right by the apartment - look diagonally across and you’ll find Christian- we were very pleased with his service, very friendly and gave facts as we went along.

Amazing property right in the heart of San Marco. Everywhere is within close walking distance, including all tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Really clean and quiet, and bed is very comfy. Marco is excellent host who was very helpful.

Perfect Stay- Amazing location!

My husband and I stayed at ‘Sweet Apartment’ during our time in Venice. It was perfect! Communication with Marco was excellent, location was excellent, everything was clean. The a/c worked very well, we slept very well in the bed and there was hardly any noise. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Venice!

A Gem of and Apartment

Marco was a wonderful host. He was very helpful in getting us into the apartment by giving us very good directions. It was a lovely place to stay. Marco knew that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on our arrival. He was available during our stay and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will be sure to stay there again on our next trip to Venice.

A Sweet Experience

This apartment was ideal for our stay and exploration of Venezia! It is easy to get to via the Alilaguna from the airport or train station and a reasonable walk even with our suitcases. Marco was a delightful and responsive host and recommended what ultimately was one our favorite restaurants in Italy & Sicily; Al Gobbo. The apartment is clean, well-appointed and a convenient location to either walk or take the vaporettos around the islands! We highly recommend Marco's Sweet Apartment!

Heart of Venice

Perfect size for a couple. The air conditioning worked wonderfully during the August heat. We had all the amenities we could need within the room. The apartment is in a very quiet location but still walking distance to all the sights and a close walking distance to the ferry/taxi dock making it easy to get to and from the room with our luggage. We are grateful to Marco to his prompt communications and clear instructions.

Excellent location on Lawyers Street!

Extremely clean and modern little apartment on ground floor in a quiet narrow little street off a picturesque square! Authentic Venetian feel! Marco was very prompt in communicating and provided all necessary information - even a delightful bottle of Spumante on arrival. Location was fabulous for walking to all the central sites. Only suggestions for minor improvements would be to add a couple dish towels and also explain in the listing the various possible ways to get to the apartment from the train station. We crossed six bridges on foot with luggage and only later figured out that using the Vaporretti was much more efficient. Delightful stay overall, however, and highly recommended by this lawyer!
