Good, beautiful property
Beautiful property, good service but no iron available in the evening. Also POS machine didnt work had to pay with cash. Good hotel, recommend for 15 min drive to airport

Elegant Hotel at a very good price
Although the hotel is old and a bit tired looking outside the rooms are very nice and the breakfast was good. A very good value for those who don't want to be ripped off in Venice.

Avoid at all costs
Disaster, we found bug in the room, reception refuse to change room, when we insisted, they gave us another room with mold in the bathroom and rusted shower cabin. In addition, a lot of humiliation: since you didn't make reservation directly but trhough agency (Hotels.com?) we can to what we want with your reservation, we do not have any obligation you can complain to your agency (Hotels.com?) we don't care, do you know how miserable rate you paid for the room, restaurant is not working (even it was 20:45 and restaurant was serving meal to other guests), go somewhere else ... And finally, I wrote email to hotels manager in order to express my dissatisfaction and 35 days later no response at all.

Buonasera da Villa Braida,grazie per il suo commento ma se fosse più preciso su ciò che l'ha delusa della camera magari ci aiuta a migliorare la stessa. Una precisazione: Expedia non è certo proprietaria di Villa Braida quindi se si è trovato male con Expedia non capisco perchè non abbia contattato direttamente loro. Very nice place. The room we were in was in the side building and was quite dated. The bed was the least comfortable bed I've been in in a hotel in quite sometime with popped springs digging into my back. The property claims to be a 4 star hotel I would rate it at the equivalent of a Super 8 or Motel 6 in North America. If you don't have a car expect €45 from the airport Marco Polo and €50 to Venice

Dieses Hotel hat einen einzigartigen Park und ist eine Wucht. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Sensationelle italienische Gastfreundschaft. Sehr gutes internationales Frühstück. Bei diesem Hotel gibt es aus meiner Sicht nichts zu beanstanden. So habe ich das erlebt.

Not as good as advertised.
Pictures showed a pool but there was none. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. Location is far from any form of transportation and is misrepresented on booking websites. You get what you pay for.

However, we provided to check the channel where you did the reservation, and I confirm you that there is no pool-photos. Maybe it could be that at the moment of the reservation our Villa has been exchanged with another structure.
