The area is well-served by buses that go both to the water taxis heading to Venice’s historic centre and islands, and to the more distant beaches. The location is ideal for cyclists (bike rentals nearby) and rowers.
There is one double bedroom and two other bedrooms with movable beds. There are 2 sofas and 2 armchairs. The dining table is large, and there is also a high chair for children.
The house is bright, spacious, and well-equipped. The area is quiet, safe, and close to points of interest such as the Venice Film Festival. It is also equipped with large closets and kitchen utensils. There are also chairs and a small table that can be placed on the patio or in the garden. Nearby, there are also sports fields (basketball), green parks, and playgrounds. We have safety features such as smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, a gate, and two entry doors. The surrounding area has parking, and you can reach the property directly by car by taking the ferry from the “Tronchetto” stop (ACTV Line 17).
