  • The apartment has just been renovated. Located in an 18th-century building, the apartment features a large terrace adjacent to the kitchen.

    This apartment is recommended for a family that wants to spend plenty of time at home, making the most of the spacious kitchen and the beautiful terrace for dining with a view of the Church of Saints John and Paul.

    The floors are all Venetian terrazzo—bright and elegant—and the original 1950s bathroom is finished in marble. The kitchen, designed for us by the Ikònica architecture studio, features a Carrara marble worktop resting on a tubular iron frame, which lends a sense of lightness and spaciousness to the marble.
