“Overall just Fantastic. The house is exactly as advertised. Very clean, very comfortable, all needed amenities. The property is well maintained and taken care of. The location is perfect.... Restaurants and stores within 2 minute drive. Historic Downtown Venice and the beach is within 5-10 minute drive. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. Perfect place for family with a dog. “We were on a 2 week vacation to relax and rest. Our stay at Octopus Gardens did not disappoint!! Location was minutes from downtown, beaches and shopping!!! Easy drive from airport. The pool and hot tub were a treat if wanted to lounge around, grill and enjoy adult beverages. House was clean and provided all the comforts of being in your own home. Would give this property a 10 if we could!!! The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with and checked in on us to assure all was going well. Highly……

We used them every day we were there. We also loved the comfy couches & nice TV to relax and watch a show in the evenings. And the beds were so comfortable……

“We have 2 adults + 4 kids under the age of 8. This was a wonderful property and we wish we had more time! The house was impeccably clean and impressively well-stocked! They had absolutely everything we could have needed!! So many towels, gear for the pool and beach and evening cleaning supplies & dishwasher pods. Plenty of space for everyone to enjojy - especialy the pool which we had heated for our stay. Communication with Damian was great - he was quick to respond and answer questions. Would……

“The bungalow was perfect for the 2 of us. It is in a great location. You could walk to Pop’s Sunset grill. Jerry was very nice and helpful. Our flight was canceled and we came in a day late. Jerry was available so we could keep him posted on our travels. It’s very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!”

“We were there for 40 days, everything was really nice. Michelle met us when we checked in, and explained everything to us. We didn’t know that we were over a flight pattern from a private airport, so that got kind of loud. We did have a problem with the pool, but Robert the owner was great and tried to help with the situation. On-site you have access to use bicycles and washer n dryer at no extra charge. The Elite Villa we stayed in had direct access to the enclosed bug free pool. Our room was extremly clean and reminiscent of old school Florida cottage. The grounds were lush and they even had a sweet little wild brown bunny who wondered around……
