"Very good communication from the host previous to the stay. Nice appartment, with great views. Easy acess to the slopes and the gondola from the complex. The place was clean at our arrival. Nice to have a parkingspace inside, as it was snowing.To bee improved:There was a smell from the drain in one of the showers all the time. We had to cover it with a plastic bag, between we use the shower, to avoid the smell. "

"My wife and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and chose a room at MMV specifically for the advertised mountain views. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived expecting a relaxing and scenic getaway—but were incredibly disappointed. Instead of the mountain view we paid for, we were given what was clearly the worst view in the entire building, facing a wall or some kind of service area. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for. To make matters worse, the elevators were broken during our stay, and no one from management seemed to care. There was no offer to move us, no apology, and no attempt at compensation. We felt completely ignored. For a brand that markets itself on comfort and quality, this was a huge letdown. We would caution others to double-check what you’re really getting before booking."
