Grossard Point Retreat

A lovely, sunny and well equipped property. There is a great deck with BBQ and outdoor setting surrounded by a large fully fenced garden. The lounge is open plan with tv and dvd, comfortable sofas and large dining table. The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher and all you will require to cook up a storm and feed the family. There is split system heating and cooling in the lounge and extra portable electric heating. One couch converts to a sofa bed for extra guests.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with a single. One queen bedroom has access to the patio. Please not the spa bath is not currently working.

Sit on the covered patio and enjoy your morning cuppa.

Note the garage is not available.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
