Wedding weekend

This house was perfect for my husband and his groomsmen to get ready and stay in prior to our wedding day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the open plan kitchen was very nice and the view absolutely beautiful. I would happily stay here again!

Haven of beauty

The house has everything you could need for our 6 night stay. All cooking facilities and essentials. Great space to be together or separate lounge rooms. Although our main area was upstairs on the deck overlooking the water across to the mainland. It’s a lovely little stroll to the beach. Would highly recommend and stay again (hopefully next year). Only downside is the beds are not very comfortable but it would not stop us from wanting to stay again.

Beachside stay

Great location, view, space, downstairs big TV, PRIVACY, PEACEFULNESS. BUT for such a good property the upstairs SOFA was way too low, too deep and so almost un-usable. Looks cool but it was totally uncomfortable. NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. Would love to stay in summer but no fan in upstairs bedroom (split system air-con would not reach) and so I'm guessing it would be hot at night because lots of north facing windows and minimal insulation.

Wonderful holiday

Stunning views, excellent proximity to beach, plenty of room for everyone. Would be the perfect holiday getaway if only linen was provided and the key was available at the property instead of in Cowes. Won't stop us staying again though, amenities provided in the house were excellent

Family getaway

Definitely stay here again, was very clean and spacious. Had a nice big plasma tv down stairs for movie nights and during the day upstairs had an amazing view of the beach. A very homey place and would love to visit again.

Nice place, great location.

A nice and spacious house. Fireplace and firewood provided was great. Quiet area, and good for bike riding and beach walks. Only thing to note - downstairs shower floods the bathroom, so best off using upstairs shower. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!

Short Break

We all absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. Beautiful view and well appointed facilities. Plenty of room for everyone with a short walk to the beach. From beginning to end we cannot thank the owners enough for a wonderful stay/experience.

Great location and amenities

The location can’t be beaten: right across from nature reserve leading to beach. The house had everything we needed and more, including gorgeous water views from top floor. We loved spending time on the deck and watching birds, rabbits, wallabies. The listing doesn’t mention that they do have wifi and also you can watch Netflix via your own account on the enormous downstairs tv. We had a fair few hiccups with property management agency, first in trying to book quickly (took almost a week) and then around checking in (required 2 emails and 3 phone calls!). At check out I calmly and politely said I wanted to provide feedback direct to owners but property managers said I had to provide feedback to them for passing on to owners, no alternatives offered, even when I said the feedback was about the property management. Neither the manager nor agent asked questions about or expressed any curiosity about my feedback, which was a pretty poor response. So I’m leaving the feedback here in the hopes that processes and services are reviewed with a view to improvement.

Hidden Gem on the Island

Great little spot on the island to enjoy the calm surroundings. 5 minute drive to the main street and supermarkets. Will definitely want to book this property again during Summer!

This property I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to relax and rejuvenate. So close to a gorgeous beach and in great proximity to Cowes and Penguin Parade. And the house is absolutely stunning, especially cooking upstairs with family and friends sitting around kitchen bench chatting. Perfect
