Mac's Beach House, on Phillip Island Beautiful bay beach plus penguin parade

This recently renovated stylish beach house is only 400 meters or short stroll to the beach, set in a beautiful bush setting surrounded by gum trees. This is a classic retro 1980's beach house, with polished floorboards throughout. The house has a brand new kitchen, extension and two new bathrooms. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal, it also has a coffee machine and a dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms, all with queen beds, the mattresses and pilows are good quality so you are sure to have a good nights sleep.

This house is the perfect place to relax with your family or friends. Have a drink on the large deck and watch the sun set. Enjoy watching the possums play at night by the outside fireplace. Observe the birdlife by day in the gum trees. The house has beautiful native gardens, substantial decks with places to sit, read relax and entertain.

The property has all of the comforts that you will need to enjoy your holiday. The Ventnor bay beach is very safe for children, swimming, fishing and kayaking.

Dogs are most welcome at our house we are animal lovers and the property is fully fenced.

There is a large deck, BBQ area, and outdoor settings perfect for entertaining friends. There is also an outdoor fireplace.

Mac's beach house is very central to all of the activities and attractions on Phillip island.

5 minute drive to Cowes, shopping, bars, restaurants and cafes.
5 minute drive to the local surf beaches and
5 minute drive to see the penguin parade
5 minute drive to the Nobbies and blow hole
3 minute drive to the grand prix track

Wonderful Beach Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The place felt like home. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Tracey and Mac were very hospitable and were easily accessible if needed. It was a quick drive into town and a little market for any quick needs located just down the street. I would definitley book again. Thank you Tracey and Mac for sharing your home! We loved it!

Quaint Cosy Beach Getaway

My husband, parents, and I had the best time in Phillip Island at Tracey and Mac’s place! The house is even more cosy in person and was wonderfully laid out for the four of us and our dogs. The fire was perfect for keeping the whole house warm and the beds were warm and super comfy. We also loved the area and how quiet and peaceful it was while still being super close to everything! 10/10 would recommend!!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time at Macs beachhouse. The host was super easy to communicate with and there were lots of homely touches to the property, lots of really good books to read too. Close to a beautiful swimming beach and the fire pit/ indoor fire was so lovely. Would definitely go back!

Holiday in Ventnor

We had the best holiday in Ventnor. Tracey and Mac's house has everything you could ever want and the location is perfect. It's 5 minutes walk to Ventnor beach and a short drive to Cowes and the Penguin Parade. The house is so comfortable and cosy and the kitchen is very well equipped for those that like to cook. Would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone. 5 stars.

Cosy and cute in a great location

Loved the location and the house was cosy and cute. Lovely outdoor area to relax and plenty of space for our pooch. My only suggestion for improvement would be to be less cluttered. Was difficult to find space for our own things when almost every cupboard and drawer had owners own belongings inside. Thanks for a relaxing week.

Lovely summer break

We had a great stay at Tracey and Mac’s house in Ventnor. The house is suitable for a small family and has a great outdoor area. It is located within walking distance to a swimming beach and dog beach. Tracey and Mac were extremely accommodating and responsive. We had a great first family holiday. Thank you!

Wonderful break in Phillip Island

We had a wonderful time. The property was just as described and our dog Elliott was very safe in the secure yard and it was just a short walk to the dog beach which was great. The owner of the property responded to queries very quickly and was lovely to deal with. Definitely recommend this property.

Ventnor tranquillity nestled in a native garden.

Unbelievably Relaxing

We had the most relaxing weekend. The home is so cozy and comfortable. There is everything you would need and the fact that our furbaby Bella (whippet) was welcome, made our stay so much enjoyable.
