Set on a rise, this beach house offers an outlook of treetops and water views. This fantastic location is only a short stroll of 350m to the Ventnor beach. Featuring open plan living, dining & kitchen with timber floors opening up onto the deck. The outdoor deck area has a 4 burner BBQ and outdoor seating. The house is accessed by external stairs, has two bedrooms with new comfortable beds installed, one bathroom, separate toilet and sleeps 8 guests. Recently upgraded new mattresses for a very relaxing night. NOT PET FRIENDLY Upstairs: Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single beds Downstairs: 1 x double bed, plus 1 set of bunks, suitable for children. There is also a bathroom downstairs. With reverse cycle air-conditioner/heater you can be comfortable all year round. The TV gives you access to Netfix using your own device as a mobile hotspot. Netflix and Spotify are pre-loaded requiring your login to access. There is also plenty of room for parking boats and cars. The house is a short 7 minute drive to the famous Penguin parade, famous surf beaches, the Grand Prix track (8 minutes) and the Phillip Island winery (6 minutes). The Anchorage Road General Store is just down the road. LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.
Property was clean and is in a great location but needs urgent upgrade. Beds are not suitable for use and we had four horrible nights sleep. As mentioned by another reviewer, the bottom bedroom bed creaks and bends in the middle. Upstairs beds just as bad. Not easy to use with two doors (both with locks) to enter the house. Long external stairway to enter not ideal in wet conditions or for older people. Bottom bedroom accessed externally and not connected to house. Crockery old with chips.

Weekend get together with family
The property was perfectly located, the amenity was great with quick access to beach and very quiet neighbourhood. Dining on the large outdoor deck provides sea glimpses. Unfortunately Cutlery & crockery very dirty and spent 11/2 hours cleaning a filthy BBQ prior to use, without proper cleaning utensils for this job. Downstairs double bed creaks loudly when you move so unable to get any sleep in it over 2 nights. Quality of bedding throughout urgently needs upgrading - getting a comfortable sleep is paramount for this to be a good experience, sadly below par for this property.

We loved the house. It was prefect for what we needed. Really close to the beach, and the balcony was beautiful to spend time on relaxing. The shower head needs some work (a bit of CLR perhaps!) however the water pressure was great. The rooms were lovely and full of light. The double bed was comfy, however the single bed was not great. Perhaps some new single bases would help this. The location is nice and close to Cowes however still feels like you are out of town, which was great for us. Absolutely loved our break! Also really appreciated First National for going above and beyond after we were messed around REPEATEDLY by Air BnB. Highly reccomend Pago and the team to anyone wanting accommodation to visit the Cowes area.
