Beautiful house in a great location

The property is lovely. High ceilings, hardwood floors, large rooms so everyone could spread out, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen. Austin was easy to work with. Close to downtown and 1-mile walk to the beach. Only drawback was just one bathroom on the main floor, but we made it work. The sauna was great! Would definitely rent this place again.

Ventura home

The location was good and we were able to walk wherever we wanted. The property was advertised as having three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but only had one bathroom. There was a problem with the heater the first night that was fixed for us for the second night.
