I dont understand how that place is not already condemned from the city. Pictures of the rooms are AI generated, not the real room picture. Rouches infected, AC not working and so on... Not advisable hotel to stay.

Do not stay here!! The bathroom has mold all around the tub/shower. The towels are very old. This motel really need to be demolished and replaced. The front desk area is absolutely filthy. I can’t believe it was on the website. The photos shown online are deceiving. Not a good stay but was unable to get my money back.

Plan to go get coffee or bring a coffee press. Rooms don't have coffee makers. However, i did have a microwave and mini fridge. That was helpful.

Not the best maintened property. At least my room, shower leaks and drip contantly, faucet and toilet leaks and water drip like ww2 torture.... furniture damage and old. But good location for my need.

I read some reviews prior stating there was bugs . Indeed yes we did experience a cockaroach and a spider on first night within first hours. Kinda gross. But. I mean we got over it qui kly. Like we've all seen roaches. Let's be honest. Yes they are gross. But oh well.

This is probably the only property you’ll find in Ventura for this price. The property unfortunately is outdated old with minimum care for it. Floors were extremely dirty, hair in the shower, holes in the linings. On the bright side, the room has a fridge and a microwave. Also, the pool is completely out of service. Not so far from the beach and made west!

An actual key was given. There were locks on the door, but one of them needed to be “pumped” so that we can unlocked the door. There were two TV’s in the room. One worked and another did not. The working TV seemed to froze a lot. Uncovered plastic cups were provided in the room. The bathroom does not have a fan and the window would not open. The floor seemed grimey. We had two beds, but we only used one. The bed was very unstable. The sheets seemed old and questionable. The walls were paper thin and we could hear other people’s conversations. I am not surprised if the neighbors could smell my partner’s “big” business.
