Overall this was a very clean and well kept motel with very nice updated rooms and bathrooms . The queen bed was very comfortable and there was a refrigerator in the room, however other amenities were limited, like there was no ironing board, or disposable cups in the room and no ice machine on the premises. The location is great, which is close to restaurants, shopping etc.. I would definitely stay here again since it’s well worth cost

attended Hall of Flowers and chose this property because it was an ideal location—conveniently close to the Ventura County Fairgrounds, with a charming and cute vibe. It's not budget-level pricing, but it felt reasonably affordable for the convenience and overall appeal. That said, one major downside caught me off guard: the entire property is non-smoking, including outdoor areas, and there were no clear signs or mentions of this policy on the website, booking info, or confirmation details. I was informed that smoking outside wasn't allowed, which was disappointing—especially for an event like Hall of Flowers where many guests might expect more flexibility. Had this been clearly disclosed upfront, I would have booked elsewhere. While the proximity to the fairgrounds is a big plus, the lack of transparency around the smoking policy makes me hesitant to recommend it for future Hall of Flowers attendees. If you're okay with strict no-smoking rules (outdoor), it could work well; otherwise, consider looking at other nearby options."

Older motel, staff friendly and attentive. Shower made loud noise from pipe. Room key wasn’t working so was given the emergency key instead, no latch on inside for additional door locking so felt unsafe. Maybe other rooms on property are better.

The front desk person was extremely nice and accommodating. Parking was great and I liked being able to park in front of my own room. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was super nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Chambre fidèle aux photos. À l arrivée le motel ne paye pas de mine, donne sur un axe plutôt passant. Mais en dehors d n bruit désagréable provenant de la chambre voisine (bloc ventilation de la salle de bain je pense) heureusement que par intermittence en début de soirée. L hôtel est calme déco neuve et je pense que les parties extérieurs sont en cours de rénovation

The room was one of the first rooms in a very long time that I have stayed in, that had an actual comforter with duvet cover. The bed was cozy, comfy, warm. The exterior was super well lit and you got to park right in front of your door. The location was convenient. The owners were nice. I would definitely stay again as a solo traveler! *no coffee/tea but, there was a coffee shop down the street.

The room was fine and decorated well. It would have been nice if there was a microwave and a coffee machine. And, a long table under the TV would have added to the room. My only real complaint is that the plumbing makes weird noises. And the parking curbs are a hazard.
