This 4 bedroom light filled holiday home is ideal for families looking for a quiet beachside escape with the creature comforts of home. The home is located in a quiet pocket of Venus Bay, yet is a leisurely stroll away from the heart of Venus Bay as well as the patrolled 1st beach. Linen not included.

The home can accommodate up to 10 guests, offering 1 Queen bed and 1 Double bed in the two upstairs bedrooms and 2 single beds in the ground floor bedroom, plus there is an additional bunk bed and a double bed in the downstairs multipurpose room.

Upon entering the home you will find the large multipurpose room, the perfect place for the children to play and relax.

Upstairs the air conditioned open plan layout brings everyone together, and is highlighted by the large, North facing deck as well as the smaller, private rear deck with BBQ and outdoor table, the perfect place for a BBQ dinner whilst listening to the waves in the distance. The well equipped kitchen offers electronic cooking facility as well as a dishwasher and pod coffee machine.

There is a main bathroom with a separate toilet upstairs plus an additional laundry/bathroom downstairs.

The home is fenced for added privacy and security, and there is sufficient covered vehicle parking and still room for you to bring your water toys with you as well. An outdoor shower is also fitted to wash those sandy tos and boards after a day at the beach!
