Villa Evelina is a large detached, single storey property quietly located in the very popular Puerto Rey pueblo, and just 100 metres from the famous beach with its pristine crystal-clear water. The property has recently been extensively refurbished with new Bathrooms, Kitchen and lounges. There are 3 TV's one with Spanish channels and fibre optic supplied fast wi-fi. There are 3 beach bars (Chiringuitos famous for grilled Sardines and Prawns), and the Marau beach club within a short walking distance.
We are very proud of our recent refurbishment of our home in Puerto Rey. Which serves as a great base for us to pursue our sporting interests of Tennis, Golf and beach activities. We waited a long time to find the perfect location and being in walking distance of everything restaurants, shops, gym the Villa has everything you’ll need for a great holiday.
Puerto Rey is the most popular area on the Costa Almeria it is made up with stylish £2m properties, parks, beach bars and sporting activities. It is also very quiet and peaceful with superb sea swimming from May till November and extensive seashore walks.
