Cheap great views nice service but elusive But the hotel itself is completely run down It is directly sad the owners of the hotel take care of what could basically have every one good hotel and stay at

Great location, outdated and needs better service

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the kids' park and a nice beach. Buses run by to take you downtown and towards Boca del Rio where the nice malls are, which is a bonus. I just wish the owners would really take a moment to update it, install better windows to block the outside noise as this hotel is on a main road. The resto downstairs is a nice healthy choice but expensive ... Please paint, change the old worn out towels and ask your staff to clean better ... I had to ask to have room properly cleaned. Also, there is no hot water unless you ask. The pool is small and in the parking garage .. not attractive at all.

Todo nos gustó, el lobby, la habitación, la limpieza, el servicio del restaurante. Una sugerencia: Calentar el gua de la alberca para la temporada de invierno, ya que para estas fechas, prácticamente estaba olvidada y es un buen espacio para los niños.

Las habitaciones estan en bue estado el trato del personal bien, lo pesimo es con los servicios que cuenta lo unico que tiene es wifi y estacionamiento porque no cueta con el servicio de agua caliente y pues la limpieza mejor ni opino, jamas volveria a este hotel es un fracaso

Estuvo muy mal el servicio no fue de mi agrado ya que la cama tenía cucarachas, y en ese momento me sali, tenia dos camas cuando en mi paquete solo pedí 1 matrimonial, pésimo el servicio, me tuve que ir a otro hotel a las 3 de la mañana

No me agradó la habitación 406 que me asignaron. Ya que está junto a la bodega donde manipulan y trabajan los blancos y material de limpieza. Todo el tiempo el carrito del servicio de limpieza frente a la puerta de mi cuarto, o las toallas tiradas en el suelo, dificultando el paso a mi habitación. El personal de limpieza poniendo su música con volumen alto mientras están en dicho cuarto. Ya le hace falta servicio a la chapa de la puerta, ya que no lee bien la llave de tarjeta para abrir, me cambiaron la tarjeta y siguió presentando problemas.
