“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving.
When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“The stairs are very steep not great for people with knee issues. The AC did not work correctly which I explained to the front office personnel hopefully they can work that out. Thankfully it wasn't a very hot weel! Barn Door to the toilet is difficult to operate and noisy especially in the middle of the night. Memory foam mattress not my favorite not that comfortable.”
