「The total is nice and neat」

「First, we are not being informed of being given a connected room with noises hearing from next room. Second, the shower gel is missing in bathroom and the floor of bathroom is sticky. Third, the alarm is not reset to off and we are being woken up at 6am. Yet, the staff is nice there and help provide remedy.」

「Clean room and peaceful Good breakfast, Laura was the best she always greet us every morning and always checking the dining. 10/10 stay!」
