The evening attended was amazing, he was very nice and helpful. He welcomed me with all the Italian charm and hospitality. He gave me insight on what restaurant to eat at even thought the options were limited for a traveler without a car. The only issue I had was that theirs was no shuttle service and the taxi prices were pretty pricey from the hotel to the airport because they charge a flat rate. Even though the taxi from the airport to the hotel was much cheaper because they charge the regular distance rate as most taxi services do.

Acceptable. We were a group of 8 people. We booked four rooms, we were spread through the hotel which was a bit inconvenient for us. The outside area of the hotel needs a bit of improvement, inside the hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff good as well. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Only in case of emergency!

It was the only option with availability in the area but overpriced for the cheap-build , sort of 80s style accommodation they offer. In my room there was no wardrobe, no safe lock and cleaning could have been better. Breakfast is also quite “minimalistic” and not of great quality. This has been my second time here in the last months (when every other hotel is fully booked, here you will find a room!) so I could verify my first-time opinion. Also: in both cases customers were complaining about cleaning issues.

We booked 2 rooms for the same price, one was comfortable and newly renovated, the other was old and the bathroom was so small you had to open the shower door to sit on the toilet. The staff was rude, I had asked in the evening if our booking included breakfast, I was told yes, the next morning we went down had breakfast and when we checked out both rooms had an addition of €20 for the breakfast. When I asked the consierge why he said I had just been given the wrong information the night before and it was my problem, so their customer service was very disappointing.

Big disparities between advertisement and reality

This was not a hotel but more of a motel for "romantic rendezvous," if you know what I mean. There was no place to put our luggage. There were only 2 hangars attached to the wall where you can hang you clothes while you "do your business." The "garden" that is pictured on the website is a parking spot for the outside entrance to the room for when you do a discreet check in and has no actual places to sit or a garden. You can see the shower through the room wall. One of our glass shower walls was cracked. Mold in the shower and mini fridge. The TV was in a huge mirror(?). What is advertised is not what we got, and the price for the room and quality was disproportional. Simply put, this is a sex motel, which is fine when you are looking for that but not when it's advertised as something else. We asked for a different room but the hotel was booked, filled with a tour of elderly Italians and what appeared to be a highschool sports team. I'm sure a blacklight would inspire 30 NCIS episodes.

Only option still available during Milan Expo

Basic hotel that might benefit from a gentle push out of the 80s. Staff apparently not very customer- oriented: I have assisted at a couple of very animated discussions with unhappy customers during my stay. Same happened with cleaning workers. I have been unlucky myself deciding to work from the room and having to deal with the noise of major gardening works. Internet sometimes disappearing and no business area available.

The rooms were nice but the beds were so HARD!!! Its was Like sleeping at the airport floor. Continental breakfast was Awesome! 😍 Close to Lake Majorie and Lake Como. Landscaping could use some TLC. When exiting the facility you can’t see if cars are coming because the shrubs are obstructing the view. They need to do something with the empty space in front of the parking lot, I would put some put picnic tables. Overall okay, would stay there again only if they would upgrade their beds.

Fantastisch

Gute Lage um die Region Varese nach allen Richtungen zu erkunden. Tolle Buchten auf der Ostseite des Lago Maggiore zum Baden und Chillen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstückbuffet, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Upgrade grösseres Zimmer mit Toilettenbrause und Parkplatz vor der Zimmertür. Jederzeit wieder!!

Echt een doorreishotel, in basis prima. Goed ontbijt en vriendelijke mensen. Al tip zou ik mee willen geven dat ze buiten voor de ingang op het groen een aantal zitjes / banken neer moeten zetten. Nu veel lopende personen met telefoons etc.
