“I arrived on April 18 th at 3am, but next day I have received phone call from agency, girls name was Vlada, who told me that I have to pay full amount of previous day, because I checked in early morning. I did pay them full amount for17th, even though didn’t stay there on the 17th … I think that is completely wrong. I will never recommend to deal with that agent again. They came and took cash from me without even giving me a receipt. Plus this place is loosing electricity almost every day……

“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation……

“Check-in was easy thanks to the great instructions and video. The location is perfect for visiting city attractions. That said, there is the city hum at night, but I still slept great. I just don't want Martha from Arizona, USA complaining that no one mentioned noise and expecting to be on a quiet countryside. However it is pretty quiet for the location, and you're in the heart of the city! Things I really enjoyed: variety of pillows to find the perfect one for you, super fast wifi that doesn't……

“The location is perfect. The price was so good. The apartment was clean but when we extended the date for one more day they did not vacuumed the room. So I asked for broom. Don’t forget to contact them before your trip to let them know the exact time that you will be there because there is no receptionist station in the building. ”
