「Room itself was fine. Bathroom really outdated. Couldn’t get WiFi in the room. Front desk couldn’t assist」

We were going to a formal wedding, my husband had a suit and I had a long dress to hang up, but the closets had no rods, and we had 3 closets in our room. Had to hang the suit from a door handle and the long dress from the shower rod!」

The steam room and outlets in the locker room were nonfunctional and our toilet ran excessively Also maid service every three days without request isnt consistent with a hotel of this caliber. Also indoor pool was under repair that we only learned close to arrival」

「整體而言還不錯，10分應該有個8.5分。入住辦理手續十分快速，飯店屬於小而美的感覺，有簡易健身房、溫水游泳池，早餐也算豐盛，有鬆餅、麵包、熱食、水果及各式飲品。房間部分有些老舊，如能再將房間升級一些，會有更好的體驗的。」
