“The location, private beach, amenities, and nearby free trolley to shops and restaurants made this the perfect place for my daughter and I to relax, play in the water, and get a sunburn! “The location and property itself is incredible! A gorgeous beach view from the condo, and a very comfortable stay. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) with plenty of space. Having 2 bathrooms and laundry in the unit was great. We had everything we needed. Even the pull-out bed in the living room was comfortable. Zero complaints! Deb is an incredible hostess and very responsive. We will absolutely come again!”

“The property was great and had everything needed. The only drawback for me was the stairs. They are steep and I did find this a bit difficult as I have hip issues. The description did say that there were stairs but I did not realize they would be so steep. Overall the location was great and Michelle the owner was amazing. Great vacation. "This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again."
