Great experience. The Steak house in the motel was excellent and decently priced. The pool and hot tub were in good condition and available 9am-11pm. Breakfast had a great variety and kid friendly.

Very nice place to stay, good food to eat and the bar was amazingly delicious and srinks where on spot. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

Staff were attentive and friendly. Hotel was a bit dated, but clean and about what you would expect for a budget hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and have no major complaints, however, the location of the hotel was not our favorite, right off the highway on the edge of town and quite a bit of traffic noise. We would most likely choose another hotel more central to town if we were to stay in the area again.

Older hotel in need of some renovations but beds were comfy, bedding was very nice. Free breakfast was fine. Very disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed, very disappointed that King size room did not have the large bathtub as pictured on Expedia. We changed hotels for our 2nd night.

For the last 2 years when we come to Vernal, we have stay here. This time the service, the room and the hotel was bad. To much noise in the hall at night. The bathtub water was dripping and was annoying at night. Stay there for 5 nights. When we first arrived, the front service lady was not friendly. I would ask her something and before I can finish she would tell me no.

Hotel was run down, from the rickety elevator to the thin walls. We could hear every car that drove by, every conversation had outside, and we were on the 3rd floor. The lobby was thumping with loud music from the bar. The room was not clean, hair in tub, stains on sheets, dirty bathroom floor. Couldn't request another room because they were full of wrestling teams and families in town for a tournament.

Rooms are just not clean. They don’t was sheets or bedding in between stays. There is water damage all over the hotel. The room heaters do not have anything besides full blast or off.

Great times at the Quality Inn
I always have a great stay here. The front desk is friendly and the check in is easy, they weren't very crowded. The best part is that they have an amazing steakhouse and bar inside the hotel. The food is really great and they have local beer on tap from the Vernal brewery.

Stayed for a week never once had the garbage emptied. No maid entered the room so no shampoo soap or clean towels. Also there is a steak house and trying to find a place to park is absolutely ridiculous.

The bedspread was filthy and stained! The blanket was dirty.. stairs going up to my room was covered in mud.. the heater on off button was dirty and the tv remote!! Bathroom was very clean though!

Check in was easy, the staff is friendly, the bar had friendly staff with good drinks and food, breakfast 6:30-9:30 was yummy, I had a hard time with my door and someone was sent up right away and was very kind.

You get what you pay for and for what I paid, I think the property was acceptable. Nothing fancy, the bed was comfortable, the room was mostly clean, but the bed covers were stained and there were crumbs at the edges of the bed box. You could hear really well through the walls and the heating unit was so old that I almost couldn't push the buttons to get heat. There was an OK breakfast with some good choices but no meat or eggs or oatmeal. Again, it was OK but I knew that I didn't pay for a super nice stay.

Bed spread was filthy. Had some Bad spills on it but we didn’t say anything. TV didn’t work when we got there but the employee came right up and switched it out quickly so we aren’t complaining about that. It’s a decent hotel but when a bed spread is filthy just clean it. It’s the first thing people see when they walk in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff all around the building. It has a complete set of facilities all inside from conference rooms to a sports bar and restaurant. They offer free breakfast and an exercise room, F family places and swimming pool. If it's too hot or too cold you can enjoy a full day inside! I did.
