Nice spot, fully equipped

The condo was well equipped and comfortable. The owners had a nice gift basket dropped off a few days into our stay. Our only complaint was that an extensive renovation was being done on the condo that shared a wall with this one. The noise was extremely loud and even rattled a picture off the wall in the bathroom. I sent the owner a video so they would understand our experience. The response from both the owners and their management company fell short, in my opinion. The reconstruction was out of their control, however, even refunding us a small amount because of the inconvenience and annoyance it caused us would have gone a long way. Offering us more than 15% on our next visit would have been appreciated.
