「good 」

「Clean and updated room, good location. But the breakfast is bad taste. The green light in bathroom is scary. The staff during midnight can't speak English well. However, it's still suitable choice in this price.」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Not easy to get」

「Location is the best in Verona!!! Staff is amazing, very helpful and happy to welcome guests!!! So pity that we have stayed there for one night only ((( Next time, for sure we will stay there again. Breakfast was something!!! Thanks for excellent service.」

「Perfect location. Beautiful apartment.」
