Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal hilfsbereit. Der Spa Bereich war schön gestaltet, kostete jedoch extra.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and plentiful. (I want their coffee machine.) Property may have seen better days. Room was clean, but inviting jetted tub was at issue. Hard to get in and out, grouting was shot, shower had little water pressure. Everything we wanted to do was a 20-30 minute walk.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and nice features. Matress on the hard side, but all good apart from that.

Ok but not 4 star
Hotel was nice and clean staff friendly. It was a fair way out of the centre which meant limited options for dinner locally. There was no ability to have dinner at the hotel unless part of an organised group. we booked this hotel for the spa facilities but when we came to use those facilities we were told the spa was closed.

Ne vous laissez pas séduire par les photos. L’hôtel n’ai pas catastrophique mais il ne mérite clairement pas 4 étoile. Il est très mal placé, très mal équipé. Piscine extérieur avec vis-à-vis des immeubles collé a l’hôtel. Lit horrible, équipement vieux, bon point pour la salle de bain même si un peu petite. Et bon point pour le petit déjeuné que je vous invite à prendre lors de vôtre séjour (vraiment diversifié et produits frais). Un bon 3 étoiles, un très mauvais 4etoiles

A/C worked fine, the room was spacious (with big safety deposit box), breakfast was OK. The location of the hotel is not good if you plan to use public transportation frequently. Storage (luggage) room is a ruin (old room with spiders and their webs, lots of old unnecessary stuff plus cables hanging around) without any assistance - anyone can get inside and grab whatever wanted. If I provided you a picture from this room, you would say it is below 1* standard.

Dear Ms Violetta,We want to thank you for the review.Our Hotel has a bus stop next to it, with a bus every 15 minutes until 8.30pm and then one every half an hour; Furthermore, we are in a strategic position even if you want to reach the center on foot (20-25 minutes). The hotel was nice- courtyard and lobby. The room was decent, nothing spectacular or different from other standard rooms. AC could have worked better, and no VIP accomodation at all- wouldnt let me check in until exactly 3PM. Storage room was small and very hot. Area surrounding property is nice and walkable.

Generous sized room, clean and well presented. Friendly and helpful staff, within walking distance to the restaurants and city centre. Swimming pool was most appreciated after a hot day. Would have loved a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee.

Vacation time
Great service minded receptionist, on arrival we were given a room with a very noisy aircon, I talked to her and she immediately moved us to a renovated room. Great service, friendly staff, good location in walkable distance to the old city and with a relaxing pool area!

One of the 3 blinds in the room was broken so you couldn’t shut as all light out. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is as Leo a charge g F if pool towels . All of these items made us feel it was just an OK stay.

Dejligt hotel service gid og beliggenhed ok
God service meget venligt personale. Rengøring på badeværelset kunne være bedre. Parkeringskælder perfekt hvis du ikke vil have bilen stående offentligt men + 10 euro pr. nat. Ok afstand fra byen og ca 12-15 euro for en taxi hjem efter opera. Morgenmad rigtig god.

Good location and pool
Great hotel for staying in Verona in the summer as it has an outdoor pool and is only 20-25 min walk from centro storico! Rooms are nice and clean. Ok breakfast, but nothing special. Not far from station and just a short walk to a nice square Piazza Corrubia with restaurants and beautiful Basilica di San Zeno Maggiore. Hotel a bit dated, could do with a little upgrade to meet 4 star.

Staff and rooms great. Breakfast basic with limited fresh fruit / healthy breads / decent muesli / seeds etc - but coffee good. Main internal fire escape blocked with laundry bags (reported to reception who acted). Location good for airport and ok for town with good walking shoes.

Great staff, great stay
Lovely stay. Staff were amazing and very helpful. We lost a phone at the train station and they went above and beyond to try and track it down. Pool was lovely. Not too far away from the main attractions (20-30 min stroll or 5-10 mins in a taxi) we used the scooters outside and were there in no time.

Das Hotel war mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof gut erreichbar ( 10 Minuten Fahrt). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Im Hotel selber und auch im Garten draußen konnte man gemütlich sitzen. Draußen nur etwas laut w/Straßenlärm. Das Gym hatte für ein Hotel eine gute Auswahl an Geräten. Nur 2 oder 3 müssten ausgetauscht werden da nicht mehr in einwandfreien Zustand. Das einzige was wir bemängeln, ist die Speisenauswahl beim Frühstück.

Tres bel établissement
Hotel tres agreable de bonnes installation. Facile a trouver, pratique et calme. Des travaux durant mon séjour pour améliorer les chambres, donc du bruit en journée, mais sinon parfait. Seul point négatif, sur le site le parking est gratuit, mais j'ai dû payer 10€ par nuit.
