“I was bitten by bedbugs and personally observed them in the room. Due to the infestation, I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Although the inn refunded my stay, I continue to suffer from allergic reactions caused by the bites. My greatest concern is that I may have unknowingly transported bedbugs to my home, resulting in additional stress, inconvenience, and potential expenses. It ruined our family trip.”

“They were under construction. The part that was finished was nice. The amenities were not available. You had to go to the hotel across the parking lot to use the amenities. Breakfast was really good. Had a nice area outside furniture with a fire pit. The side door was not locked the whole time which we felt could be a security concern.”

“Room looked clean but everything was sticky (all furniture, and even carpet!) and there was trash in corners and in between furniture. Thermostat was set on 68 - I turned it up to 76 and 5 hours later it was 71 degrees - I turned it OFF and 7 hours later it was 73 degrees...something's not right!”

“After traveling and staying in different hotels, must say the bed here is the best yet, most comfortable. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean and great shower. Location is great. Only complaint is room smells musty.”

“At this time when I was there the hotel had a water leak that went into the carpet on the first floor, so I wasn’t lower floor and then they transferred me upstairs but then I asked to be transferred back downstairs because the elevators were broken but other than that, it was great”

“This place was a joke my air-conditioned was leaking anti freeze called told them the guy at front desk was rude I asked for a different room he said they was booked up the next day we paid for 2 he lied my daughter and them went to office to get plastic wear and cups and the guy was on phone said they had 8 rooms available then housekeeping was very persistent she called asked if I needed housekeeping I said no I have kids sleeping 20 minutes later she came beating on the door I opened it she……
