“Great costumer service, very clean, lots of amenities”

“The breakfast was a solid school cafeteria type breakfast. Nothing fancy but was great to have in the morning. The room wasn't spotless in cleaning, as I found one or two hairs in the tub. There was also some discoloration in parts of the roof due to presumably past leaks. For the price I was well pleased. The property appeared to be relatively well maintained minus a few quirks and the staff were helpful in the two times I interacted with them. The town seemed relatively safe and the property……

“First off, the floors in my room were extremely slippery. It felt like there was some sort of residue left behind—hopefully from a cleaning product—but it seemed more like whatever was on the floor had simply been spread around rather than properly cleaned. To make matters worse, there was a strong septic/sewer odor coming from the bathroom. After investigating, I discovered the sink did not have a proper P-trap installed. Instead, a pool filter hose had been clamped between the sink drain and……

“Belterra Casino and Resort was a great place to stop while traveling. The room price is reasonable plus there's entertainment if you like to gamble. The only issue was the pool was not open. After traveling all day it's nice to relax by the pool and unwind in a hot tub.”
