「The room could have been cleaner, we found hair in the bed, and the floors wasn’t that clean, however the staff was absolutely amazing! And super friendly which made us look over a room that wasn’t 110% clean.」

「Good place to stay for the price. There are smoking rooms in the building, so if anyone is highly sensitive to the smell, you may come into contact with some of the smell. Decent continental breakfast, room was clean & staff was friendly!」

「Asked for a handicap room on round level, got a regular room on the 3rd floor (elevator was inoperable). Front desk lady made it right. Overall, pretty shoddy and we will nor be returning.」

「There was no parking in the hotel parking lot. Had to park in Casino lot a walk a very long way. This was especially difficult when you are handicapped. The room was ok once we got to it. The front desk was not very friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day. When we asked where to park she said the lot was full and we should park on the street. Still a long walk if we had done that. We parked in the Casino garage but had we know there was a garage across the street and a elevator to the...

「The property was very clean and well maintained. The thing I didn't like were the window blinds were terrible. The sun was beaming in through the window blinds making the living and kitchen area hot and stuffy. The style of blinds worked well with the decor but the blinds were not functional」

「Hotel was good for an overnight stay while traveling. Rooms on first and second floors open to the outside. The door to the room I was in did not seal/fit tightly - so a small amount of light from the outside came on under the door and around the edge. Room was a good size. Humid in the room/bed until the air conditioning regulated the temperature in the room. However it was really hot outside that day before I arrived.」

「Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. 」
