“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“The property has a central location. It has a secure entrance with a lift to the property. The property has good space and has a lovely little balcony overlooking a nice street. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was excellent, very friendly and helpful.We had a wonderful stay in Verona. Would highly recommend this property.”

“A lovely family run friendly hotel where nothing is too much trouble. Location is excellent, a short few steps to the lake front with its restaurants and shops. A five-minute walk along the lake shore pass Hotel du Pac takes you to the beach (shingle) and swimming area or walk south along the promenade all the way to Bardolino. The bus station is 5 minutes away. The hotel is on the main road but the sound proof window mean you don’t hear the traffic. Beds comfortable an excellent breakfast,……
