Independent apartment located a few meters from the Arena, from Piazza Bra and from Romeo and Juliet's balcony in a 18th century building, it has been designed to guarantee maximum comfort during your holidays or business stay. The apartment has been recently renovated and is a large room of about 50 square meters. It features a bathroom with a chromotherapy shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, free WiFi internet, kitchen, fridge, toaster, kettle / kettle and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with towels, toiletries, hair dryer and color therapy. All the furniture and appliances are new. Bus stops are less than 200 meters away. Inside you will find information brochures about the city and a map of Verona. Books, tourist guides and magazines are also available to guests. The prices include the supply of linen (towels, courtesy set and sheets) and are variable during Fair periods, and Important Events. If you are looking for a small nest, a romantic retreat or a practical apartment less than 40 meters from the Arena, this solution will be ideal for you. The structure has an agreement with private parking with valet parking at a cost of 30 euros per night. Independent entrance, maximum freedom and ease of access. Guests will be received from 14 to 20. Arrival however will be agreed in advance in order to avoid waiting. Upon arrival guests will receive all information regarding the apartment and if necessary on the points of interest of the city. It will also explain and indicate any grocery shopping or anything else. We are in the heart of historical center, in the heart of historical Verona. Every corner of these streets will raise your eyes and observe splendid historical finds of different periods. In addition to the architectural aspect, you will find yourself in the center of shopping and nightlife ... Children under the age of 2 stay free with a cot, high chair and various (free) Children under the age of 2 pay extra and have a regular single bed. Pets are allowed only in small size and with extra (this option is only on request and authorized by the management) We are contracted with private parking with valet parking service at 30 euros per day, please request availability. Available transfer booking with discounted rates. All damage within the apartment will be borne by the guest. It is important to observe the rules of good neighborhood and condominium so it requires quiet and adequate behavior in condominium areas. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in respect of the next home and guest. The penalty will be the cost of the following night as a refund to the incoming guest.
