"The hotel is not at a convenient location to old city and it’s very difficult to get around.
For the first time in our traveling, we lost the room card and when we tried to get assistance, there was no front staff. This happened at 10:00 PM and we managed to call them and the clerk showed up and was quite unhappy that we bothered him. The next day, the other clerk gave us a lecture about the incident the breakfast was extremely poor, only one glass of juice, ham sandwich and one coffee....
