“The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Check-in was straight forward with the instructions and video provided by the property manager. The unit is on the 3rd floor which some may find difficult to carry their luggage up to that floor since there is not an elevator. The unit is in a fantastic area which was close to many great shops, restaurants and attractions. We had a fabulous time staying here.”

“Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5 Stockwerk ohne Fahrstuhl und mit eine schmalen Wendeltreppe. Davon wurde in der Anzeige leider nichts erwähnt. Insgesamt fanden wir die Ferienwohnung hübsch, hell und sauber. Im Bad, was sehr modern umgebaut wurde, war immer der Geruch aus den Rohren. Das ist wahrscheinlich in den alten Häusern unvermeidbar.Es war auch nicht möglich uns ins WLAN einzuwählen. Das Passwort in den Unterlagen hat nicht gestimmt.Dafür die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut! “Appartement tres bien placé(commerces, monuments). Nous y etions avec nos 5 petits enfants. Le lit d’appoint etait parfait.Les jeux nous ont fait passer un bon moment”

“We loved the balcony view of the old church. Having places to eat and drink right below the place was nice. The location next to the Metro was a very short walk and very convenient. Frederic was a wonderful host and communicated in a timely manner to our questions. His instructions for entering the rental were very helpful. Also, having an elevator was very nice after a long day of touring Paris. ”

“This location and experience are absolutely horrible. The neighborhood is not safe. There is noise around the location. The studio is extremely smaller than described. Also, no one will respond to your calls, emails or inquiry. Even VRBO couldn’t get in contact with them either. The customer service is horrible. They will take your money and scam you with this location. Don’t stay here… you will regret it. ”

“A convenient location. Close to a Metro Station Line 8,9. Close (5-6 metro stops away) to major tourist attractions. Easy check-in and out process. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The neighborhood was safe and grocery shops and restaurants, cafe were just 2 min walk Highly recommend. ”

“My family of 5 adults stayed there for 4 nights while celebrating a wedding near by. The area was great, there are 2 metro stations 8/9 within a couple of blocks or less. Great dining options near by. The 3rd is the place, close enough to all the attractions by far enough to feel like you are part of the everyday life in Paris. Queen Beds are comfortable and the pull out couch bed was a real bed not like some of the hotels in the USA. We had to contact the host for a very minor question and they……

“The apartment was as described. Neighborhood is ideal, close to everything. Ground floor courtyard is a bonus because it was quiet and no stairs to navigate with suitcases. The apartment is a small studio. I can’t imagine cooking in the kitchen it’s that small. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We did not use sofa bed other than to sit on. Shower was good. Apartment was clean but a little worn and “grubby”. Could use a few amenities like coat hooks so you can hang outdoor coats and another……
