The bathroom could use a shelf for the personal items and we couldn’t really get the air conditioning to work, plus it was dripping water on the floor. 」

「The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very accommodating. I arrived early, and the hotel was full. The receptionist contacted housekeeping who ensured my room was first on the list to be cleaned. They invited me to have lunch in the restaurant and also stored my luggage during that time.
