"My king suite was very nice. The room was always clean. The staff was exceptional. The heating and air conditioning worked very well. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The smoke detector in my room was half-missing. I was told when I checked in where breakfast was, but in the morning there was some conference going on and while I was eating breakfast (second door on the left, as I was told), I was rudely spoken to about whether I was “with them” (“them” being the conference), as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. The pool area is beautiful, but I didn’t feel welcome at all as a guest. I was also traveling for work, but was treated as if my stay was odd and not accepted. "
