The staff are absolutely wonderful. In particular, Guy, the front desk agent was lovely and a superstar receptionist. The concierge is great too.
I had an incident one of the days in the area (not the hotel) and spoke to the Manager of the hotel. She was incredibly professional, empathetic and understanding. That’s what you want in a manager if you have having a very bad day or had an unfortunate incident.
Their rooftop bar is just divine. Some of the best views in Paris. They have happy hour and some great deals going. Cocktails are fantastic and the bar tenders are super cool.
The rooms are clean, large and have great windows to look out of. Very unique to have such large, comfy rooms in Paris. And at the rates they offer- it’s a real steal.
The hotel is often fully booked with conference goer- clearly they are popular.
I highly recommend this place! It’s one of my favorites in Paris!"
