Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, although extremely small. The location is perfect, a 3-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and an even shorter walk to the train station. The hotel restaurant was very convenient on a night when we were too tired to leave. The air conditioning wasn't working properly when we arrived, but the staff got it fixed very quickly."

"This hotel is a real gem in Paris. Maybe one of the best deals around. The staff are absolutely wonderful. In particular, Guy, the front desk agent was lovely and a superstar receptionist. The concierge is great too. I had an incident one of the days in the area (not the hotel) and spoke to the Manager of the hotel. She was incredibly professional, empathetic and understanding. That’s what you want in a manager if you have having a very bad day or had an unfortunate incident. Their rooftop bar is just divine. Some of the best views in Paris. They have happy hour and some great deals going. Cocktails are fantastic and the bar tenders are super cool. The rooms are clean, large and have great windows to look out of. Very unique to have such large, comfy rooms in Paris. And at the rates they offer- it’s a real steal. The hotel is often fully booked with conference goer- clearly they are popular. I highly recommend this place! It’s one of my favorites in Paris!"

"The staff were remarkable and extremely accommodating! We had left our passports in the room safe and they were very helpful in keeping them safe until we had them picked up. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions and even getting us ice from the nearby restaurant. We enjoyed our little terrace on the bottom floor and the breakfast was excellent as was the service for breakfast. We found the area was perfect for getting around by transit and enjoyed the restaurants close by. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone and hope to be back soon."

Hotel Des Arts Paris Montmartre

"Hotel des Arts Montmartre had the friendliest & most helpful staff of any hotel we stayed at during our time in Paris. Their level of service truly went above & beyond. One staff member (Nehemiah) actually hopped into our car to help us locate a nearby parking garage, & another kindly offered us breakfast items before the official breakfast service began (we had to race to catch an early morning airport transfer, & they even made sure to give us a small gift upon checking out). They even helped carry our very heavy luggage all the way to & from our room on the top floor (after taking the elevator to the fifth floor, there is still an additional winding staircase, & they handled it without hesitation). Our room was impeccably clean. While it wasn’t large, the hotel’s thoughtful attention to detail more than made up for the size. The L’Occitane toiletries immediately added a touch of luxury & made us feel pampered! The bathtub was wonderfully spacious, the shower had excellent water pressure, & there were plenty of hooks & shelves for towels and toiletry bags, also a heated towel rack. The room itself was equally thoughtful. Individual reading lights above the beds allowed me to read comfortably while my daughter slept. Throughout our stay, we noticed countless little touches that showed how carefully the hotel has been designed with guests' comfort in mind. Combined with its fantastic Montemartre location, this hotel was a highlight of our trip! Nice air conditioning too!"
