As you enter the villa from the upper floor, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting open-plan living space. The living room and dining area are seamlessly connected, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation or dining with friends and family. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all modern amenities such as an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. The upper floor also features a convenient WC for guests.
An internal staircase leads down to the lower floor, where you will find two well-appointed bedrooms. One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second features two single beds, providing flexibility for families or groups. Upon arrival, the villa is presented in pristine condition, with all rooms thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your stay. For stays up to five days, no additional cleaning services are provided, but guests staying for seven days will find a full set of linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels) in the closets to refresh their rooms. For stays of 14 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is offered on the 7th or 8th day, with fresh linens and towels provided.
