I stayed in a comfortable single room at the Palads Hotel, very clean with good facilities. Lovely breakfast selection and all the staff I spoke to could not be more helpful. Great location in Viborg to take in the atmosphere and Danish architecture

The bathroom was mouldy smelling, probably from the shower curtain, maybe from the sewers not sure. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable but the entrance living room was just strange. Room 306 if I remember. The breakfast was much better than expected considering the hotel in general but I would reconsider the table placemats that frankly put you off the breakfast. The location was very good. Parking etc...good. We will not stay here again due to the esthetics of the hotel. It was not easy on the eye inside and the rooms less than what we expect at that price range.

Had a single room but had everything I needed including fridge, kettle and sachets + a good little coffee maker. Breakfast was also very good with a variety of hot and cold options. Car parking on Sunday when they were quiet was fine but going back the following day was very tight and getting out was difficult

This hotel needs a renovation, welcome to the 70s, overpriced. Breakfast is a joke, too many people , not enough tables, food running out, coffee running out, people standing everywhere waiting for a table, Chaos. I will never stay here again. Oh yeah if you’re handicapped, be sure to get to your room before 10 o’clock because they close the door to the elevator

There was no information about any swimming pool. The breakfast was way to crowed and staff had problems filling the buffet, eg. no scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancaces, etc. The room was dusty and poorly ventilated, seem like an old office turned into a hotel room without removing the office furniture...

Positivt: - Vi havde booket en lejlighed som viste sig at være langt større end forventet. Det blev derfor en overnatningsmulighed fo 2 par. - Sengene var gode og der var håndklæde og sæbe. - Check-in kunne også foretages tidligere end ventet. - Morgenmaden var god - det var nemt og hurtigt at tjekke ud. Forbedringsmuligheder: - Trods lejlighedens størrelse, var der kæmpe fugtskade, smadret rude og badeværelse med tydelig skimmelvækst. - Spisestolene var defekte,/ leddeløse hvilket var ved at gå galt for en af os. - Der var masser af bøger, malerier og skabe. En stor møbleret lejlighed. Derfor var der forståeligt nok ikke rengjort overalt, kun lige de områder som vi skulle bruge. - Der var alt for mange gæster til morgenmaden og køkkenet kunne ikke følge med opfyldning af maden og rent service. De gjorde alt hvad de kunne, men der var for mange samtidige gæster og det var svært at finde plads. Tror ikke det levede op til krav fra brandmyndigheder.

Vi boede i det nyere afsnit på den anden side af gaden / Hotellet. Dejligt værelse med Spa / Sauna. Stort rummelig værelse og gode senge. Rigtig gode p-forhold i gården. God atmosfære og central beliggende i gåafstand til alt. Super god og varieret morgenmåltid. Gratis kaffe til rådighed i løbet af dagen. Fortrinsvis pænt og rent men dog lidt snavset i krogene. Tilgængelig tv kanaler ved brug af egne konti via af brug af Google CromeCast. Dog oplevede vi at der delvist var stjålet kabler mm. Vi fik dog hurtigt nyt fra receptionen. Der var i øvrigt også blevet stjålet en Føntørre men ligeledes blev den også hurtigt bragt til værelset.

Et gammelt, stilfuldt hotel, som har set bedre dage. Receptionen var fremragende og gjorde sig anstrengelser for at rette op på mine klager, men når housekeeping kommer for tredje gang for at gøre rent, uden at kunne levere en ordentlig rengøring, så giver jeg fortabt. Der var skidt på gulvet da jeg ankom, badeværelset med bruseforhæng og undersiden af sæbeholder var ulækkert. Panelerne og elkabler og stikdåser var klistrede og der var et giga spindelsvæv på loftslampen. Centralt hotel, men kun for turister som ikke kommer igen og håndværkere som bor billigt.
