"Disappointed the roller coaster slide was closed our visit and my nephew was allowed to go on body slides by one staff then was told he was too short by other by a quarter inch so the inconsistency was a little tough to explain to the 7 year old who had already gone down the slide numerous times "

"The room was too small bathroom xtra small I made reservations for a suite with a fireplace, that’s not what I was given. I was put on the second floor which was very noisy."

"The room was nice and clean with plenty of toiletries. The only issue is that the water for the shower takes about 10-15 minutes to become warm and the safe did not work. Outside of the room issues were that the vending didn't work(but there is a gas station across the street) and the ice machine on the second floor was broken. My family really enjoyed the breakfast. It was quite pleasant."

"Plenty of food options and shopping nearby. Room was clean staff was very pleasant. Microwave and mini fridge are always a plus! Self controlled air/heat. Would stay again for sure ! 5 minutes from kalahari!"
