"We have just returned from a short stay at L'Ancore, and I can honestly say it is one of the best places we have ever stayed! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff; spotlessly clean and an excellent breakfast. Guests can use the facilities at the neighbouring, larger, hotel which offers a wellness spa, pool, private beach and outstanding views of Vesuvius. Highly recommend and will definitely return. "

"We loved our stay here- the property was gorgeous, clean and had a beautiful restaurant with an unbeatable view and well as a pool a shuttle to areas nearby. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Our only downsides were that the AC didn’t seem to work in our room and the wifi was hit or miss. Both issues were not super problematic considering it was cool enough to open the window in the nighttime and we otherwise weren’t in our room very often. Easily one of my favorite stays so far! ...

"Very good hotel to stay if visiting Sorrento or Amalfi coast. Will need to rent a car though. Drive to Sorrento is 15-20 minutes. Hotel room is nice and clean. Lobby and patio are great. "

"Beautiful views "

"When we arrived, we were told the pool would not be useable until noon the next day. There was a wedding occurring so the parking was full. There was a child's birthday party outside our room with kids yelling and playing loudly so we could not take a nap after driving all day. At night, there was a private party with loud dance music outside our room until midnight. The party guests remained to party, yelling and laughing until 1am and then the staff cleaned up the party until 2am banging...

"great hotel in a very nice location en-route to Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Rooms are a little dated but the views if you go for a sea view make up for that, the only downside was a rather limited breakfast with poor quality products. But on the plus side the poor area was extremely nice and relaxing, if traveling by car good parking too, nice stay overall"
